**The work**

Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $69,400 - $92,000 a year plus bonus potential. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
Overview
Responsible for assisting the logistics manager with associate calls, customer calls, new associate training, maintenance of equipment, and all aspects of the logistics department. This position will cover Monroe and Bellingham.
Valid CDL Class A or B required.
Primary Responsibilities
* Responsible for ensuring all logistics associates meet DOT and CMV requirements
* Responsible for overseeing the delivery of the product to the customer
* Ensures new logistics associates are trained and ensures understanding of organization and operation policies and service guidelines
* Responsible for maintaining the Road Net software
* Ensures that the fleet is maintained properly, including all maintenance and safety-related issues
* Coach directs and counsel's associates on overall performance via driver surveys & customer surveys
* Ensure productivity expectations are met and monitors progress regularly
* Identify and recommends opportunities for associate development and performance improvement requirements
* Participate in the recruitment and hiring of all logistics associates
Additional Primary Responsibilities
* Field calls and facilitates actions as necessary
* Train all logistics employees on SGWS policies
* Conduct monthly safety training/meetings are conducted, per SGWS Safety Policy
* Ensure all accidents are handled and reported, according to company policy
* Ensure all route changes are communicated daily
* Monitor schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels daily
* Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
* CDL Class A or B required
Physical Demands
* Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
* Additional hours may be required during October, November, and December and other peak periods
* May require working at heights of 8 feet or greater

About the Role
Weee! Logistics Supervisor Last Mile is responsible for the success of the daily logistics operations. They make sure enough drivers are scheduled for each day's delivery volume and ensure drivers receive all necessary support for successful and safe deliveries. Logistics Supervisor is also responsible for overall KPI's at the ground level.
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily delivery operations; ensuring all the deliveries are made in a safe and timely fashion and with the best possible customer service experience
Foster engagement, motivation, and collaboration among the driver teams while efficiently coordinating all aspects of the operations
Keep upper management always informed about the status of the operation.
Identify and coach least performing drivers and help them become better.
Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and motivating drivers; scheduling, delegating work assignments; monitoring individual and group performance to ensure high level of productivity; and for reviewing all delivery processes and procedures in order to continuously improve efficiency
Work closely with the HR department to keep a track of employees who are not meeting the company standards and address the issues as needed.
Maintains positive, partner relationships with all departments, including assisting with customer service whenever there are any issues with deliveries
Implement processes to meet all goals & objectives and KPIs
Work with Fleet supervisor closely to make sure the company fleet is taken care of
Schedule and utilize the Ops coordinator as needed for the benefit of the team
Responsible for key KPIs at the ground level, such as driver Over Time, safety, employee morale etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 year of Logistics supervisory last mile experience
Advanced data analysis skills, excel, tableau and other platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to create partnerships and build consensus across different levels of an organization
Fluent Mandarin Chinese nice to have
Ability to Travel to different warehouses within the same region as required
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to stand for long hours
Ability to work weekends

Compensation Range

The Distribution Supervisor is vital in leading the efforts of our production teams. This position is 100% on-site at our De Pere, WI Distribution Center.

What you'll do:
The Distribution Supervisor position has three main areas of focus: Leadership, Distribution Operations, and Regulatory/Customer compliance.
Train, coach, evaluate and reinforce Process Excellence principles with partners
Work with the team to make sure that daily production/shipping/receiving is organized to maximize efficiencies, making necessary adjustments as conditions change
Administer various company, plant or department processes in certification programs, pay systems, assessment/feedback processes, etc.
Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements.
Must encourage teamwork and compliance with Plant/DC policies and procedures
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines
Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meet OSHA safety requirements
Ensure partner accountability and provide daily communication of essential information
Lead team efforts in meeting or exceeding goals in productivity, quality, and safety
Through the use of problem-solving methods, and other quality tools identify and make process improvements.
Plan production operations, establish priorities and monitor progress to meet customer needs
Resolve operational, manufacturing, mechanical/maintenance opportunities to maximize efficiencies at the lowest cost
Monitor training activities and ensure proper training paperwork is completed
