Key Responsibilities:
Communicate job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
Day to day scheduling, counseling, and submitting evaluation reports to local management.
Conduct on-the-scene accident investigations; assist drivers in preparing accident reports, OSHA reports and safety violations documents.
Develop and host driver training and safety courses; train new drivers and retrain drivers involved in accidents.
Observe drivers on the road - correct safety problems on the scene while documenting violations.
Liaison between drivers and both the customers and the organization in customer service concerns
Evaluate and monitor driver safety and performance in compliance with legal, employment and labor policy matters.
Assist Safety Manager with DOT/FTA compliance - drug testing and recordkeeping.
Drive routes periodically.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License with at least three years of Motor Vehicle Report history
Supervisory experience with hourly employees; 2-3 years transit supervisory experience preferred
Computer literate - basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which includes working weekends, holidays, being on-call; Must also be available to address safety issues via phone when on-call

We are seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Warehouse Legacy & Fulfillment Operations Supervisor. Oversee WSI employee schedules, personnel policies, and performance management. Address customer issues, assist in recruiting, and ensure effective team planning. Proctor meetings, oversee inventory processes, and maintain safety as the number one priority. DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage schedules, including break times, timecards, PTO and time in the Customer Portal.
Oversee and assist in WSI Ops & personnel policies.

Ensure completion of all customer KPIs.
Cross-train to cover direct supervision for other WSI areas as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Expert knowledge in receiving, putting away, wave planning, replenishment, picking, shipping, and troubleshooting.
Fulfillment experience in managing a high volume distribution account, and managing priorities that vary.
Experience utilizing a modern, full system-directed, task-driven, RF scanning environment - WMS system.
Knowledge of maintenance, cycle counting programs, inventory control adjustments, research, and reconciliation.
Ability to build, coach, and maintain a cohesive team.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Powered Industrial Truck Certified (forklift, reach truck, order picker, walkie rider).
Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet, database management, and analytics.

About the Consumer Health Logistics Center
The Consumer Health Logistics Center (CHLC) is Cardinal Health's newest Pharmaceutical Supply Chain operation in Groveport, Ohio. This facility, featuring some of the latest innovations in automation technology, is approximately 350,000 square feet and picks, packs, and ships consumer health products.

This position will be an on-site position (5 days per week), based out of the Consumer Health Logistics Center
Second Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Responsibilities
Recruit, select, train, manage and evaluate a team of warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution and receipt of products and motivate employees to ensure that predetermined productivity and quality standards including cycle times, lines per hour, shortages, damaged units, missed dispatches, and missed scans, among others are achieved.
Monitor site productivity standards and hold associates accountable to daily, weekly, monthly metrics; provide timely feedback and initiate corrective action process when needed.
Responsible for continuous improvement projects and initiatives (ex. Gemba walks, Kaizen workshops, takt boards, etc.).
Perform daily scheduling of the work force to ensure proper staffing to select, replenish, restock, locate and ship merchandise in a productive and cost-efficient manner.
Coordinate maintenance of equipment, guiding both preventive maintenance and coordinating all necessary repairs.
Active engagement in employee development, which includes training, coaching, counseling, and performance appraisals.
Prepare ad hoc reports, as necessary using Excel (or any other necessary programs).
Hold staff accountable for conducting work in a safe manner while enforcing Cardinal Health compliance and regulations concerning OSHA, DEA, FDA, State and local authorities.
Enforces Cardinal Health compliance and regulations for OSHA, DEA, FDA, state and local authorities, primary facility contact for QRA compliance.
Assist with EHS audits, conduct Job Safety Observations (JSO), properly record and manage safety incidents, monitor employee safety behaviors/practices and provide feedback.
Assist with QRA audits and QRA non-conformance issues to properly address, conduct housekeeping observations and ensure employees complete required QRA training and documentation.
Participate in, and coordinate, ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

The primary role of the Warehouse Supervisor is the hiring, termination, direction and performance of associates.
