Key Responsibilities
Take a hands-on leadership approach across all inbound and outbound warehouse operations
Lead, manage, mentor, and provide direction to warehouse leads, team members, and third-party contractors
Conduct daily start-up meetings to align the workforce on safety, priorities, and performance
Plan and manage labor rosters, time and attendance, absenteeism, and staffing levels based on forecasts
Maintain a safe, compliant workplace, ensuring all company safety standards are met and space utilization is optimized
Schedule and oversee general maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, scanners, P&A machines, and tools
Oversee general warehouse administration, including:
Housekeeping standards across the warehouse and yard
RF scanning, printing, and manifesting delivery notes and labels
WMS inventory control and stocktaking
Perform inventory controls and maintain audit accuracy of 98% or higher
Validate and approve vendor invoices
Ensure all internal processes and business requirements are followed and periodically audited
Provide daily operational reporting to management (e.g., EOS summaries, labor plans)
Maintain high standards of internal and external communication, escalating issues to management when required
Ensure compliance with quality service standards, procedures, rules, and regulations
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail across all tasks
Complete additional tasks aligned with your skills and experience to meet business needs as required

Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting CMT clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
* Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for CMT clients
* Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area

Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and control through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies
Ensure all warehouse and indirect staff follow company procedures and safety protocols
Provide operational support and backup to other department leads as required
Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound containers using the Inbound Container Sheet
Monitor and manage daily rework volumes to drive productivity and continuous improvement
Assist the inbound lead with proper product movement and staging
Ensure employees take mandatory uninterrupted lunch breaks and adhere to scheduled work times
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, labor hours, and compliance, supporting warehouse KPIs and SLAs

Open and close the warehouse facility when required
Complete additional tasks aligned with skills and experience to support business needs as required

functions, outside storage areas, internal/external warehousemanagement, cycle counting and
inventory rotation. Responsible for compliance to all customer and legal compliance regulations

shipments are accurate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for supervising, lead and manage the shipping & receiving functions, outside storage

· Develop and continually managewarehouse layout that will optimize floor space and material
flow throughout the facility.
· Set and maintain inventory levels for all materials and intermediate products to support supply

· Participate in and conduct Cycle Counting and Physical Inventories. Report results and variances
to Inventory Control area.
· Ensure the dock is managed; establish set times for shipping and receiving windows with carriers,

· Identify and select carriers for standard and expedited shipments.
· Ensure Shipping Discrepancy log accurately reflects items that did not ship on time to meet
customer demands.
· Manage and Report NAFTA compliance documentation.
· Provide Certificate of Origin information upon request.
· Arrange scrap trailer exchange as needed. Arrange disposal of cardboard scrap as well.
· Ability to interface with Customers, Suppliers, Logistics providers, Truck drivers, hourly and
salaried production and office personnel.
· Update A3 metrics monthly along with Materials Manager.
· Support IATF and MMOG audits, guidelines, and initiatives.
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requires a minimum of 3-5 years' management experience.
Must be able to drive forklifts.
