The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:
* Engage with client executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
* Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
* Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions
* Advise, design and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging a SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
* Lead small teams - helping them achieve transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within Accenture
* Become a trusted expert and advisor to your clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise
* Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices and develop the next level of transformation experts
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
* Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Consumer Goods clients
* Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area
* Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The Distribution Center (DC) Manager will be responsible for warehouse operations and supervision of team members with an emphasis on safety, quality and service. Accountable for achieving company objectives, productivity standards and cost control expectations. Oversee all activities including picking and shipping, receiving and put away, inventory control, cycle-counting, value-added services to ensure customer requirements are obtained and sustained. Responsibilities
Train, develop and lead hourly employees to ensure an efficient and cost-effective operation
Maintain strong adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements. Provide a safe, organized and clean facility
Facilitate cross-training of all warehouse personnel
Focus on continuous improvement and make recommendations to improve operations in areas such as safety, process flow, space utilization/layout, inventory accuracy and value-added services
Responsible for building and warehouse maintenance and for procurement of warehouse supplies
Manage inventory control activities with emphasis on space utilization and monthly cycle count expectations
Responsible for the value-added services that may include kitting, assembly, band saw slitting, and carton printing
Acting warehouse coordinator and responsible for oversight of scheduling inbound & outbound shipments, receiving and shipping documents, ERP system entry, reporting, returns processing, sales and customer service inquiries and other duties as assigned
Position is a working DC Management position that requires 70% of time on the floor with oversight of transaction processing up to and including working alongside team members
Deal effectively across all levels of the organization; solve problems between warehouse and other departments. Collaborative approach and shares decision making process with team
Required to take on special projects as required
Develop succession plan for the branch in upward direction from supervisory level
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Active oversight of warehouse staff.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of team.
Accountability for supervisory staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Interviewing, recommendations for hiring employees; training, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; rewarding and corrective action; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Experience in the distribution industry is preferred
P&L experience covering operational and transportation related expenses.

The Work:

Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting CMT clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
* Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for CMT clients
* Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area
* Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
