Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager manages, organizes, and maintains our central warehouse in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for the overall flow of contents vaults, consumable inventory count, equipment organization, and fleet management. This role will maintain and enforce safety and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

Job Description:
As the Warehouse Manager , your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards and all OSHA standards are being followed
Knowledge with Samsara is a plus
Be experienced in pulling & backing in trailers
Maintain all equipment to clean and proper operating conditions daily
Including filter changes, oil changes, fluid checks, etc...
Maintain a satisfactory amount of inventory and supplies
Manage loss control and loss prevention of supplies, tools, and equipment including inventory
Call for dumpster service as needed
Assists with vehicle maintenance programs
Handles shipping and receiving as needed
Receiving flooring, inspecting for damages, and marking job codes on flooring
Assist the Warehouse Manager with vehicle Audits to ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly stocked
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Possess a minimum of three years of experience within a warehouse setting
MUST KNOW how to back in/ pull trailers
Experience in service and maintenance of restoration equipment preferred (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, portable and truck mount extractors)
Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
Be technology proficient (computer skills) and extremely organized
Proficient knowledge of forklift procedures and safety protocol

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Inventory

Coordinate building and system maintenance including AC, sewage, alarms, and permitting.
Office & Administrative
Allocate office space and manage personnel access to the facility.
Oversee utility accounts, coffee service, recycling, and cleaning vendors.
Ensure all permitting, emergency exit maps, and compliance postings are up to date.
HSE & Compliance
Conduct and document required inspections (fire extinguishers, cranes, extension cords, fall protection).
Enforce PPE usage and company EHS policies for all personnel entering warehouse and shop areas.
Maintain gas bottle supply, storage, and tracking.
Support disciplinary actions in alignment with Richmond leadership.
Skills and Abilities Required:

* Oversee the initial set up of fairs for daily deliveries to include accountability of all fair support materials. Emphasis on quality assurance of all outgoing products.
* Monitor inventory levels and inform management of status, avoiding out-of-stock situations. Assist with physical inventory counts, open houses and warehouse sales.
* Monitor sell rate of product to reduce out of stock shortages and recommend supplemental title replacements.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our 1,000,000+ sq ft manufacturing and logistics facility supporting modular data center infrastructure design and production. Key Responsibilities:

15+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management within a large-scale manufacturing or modular construction environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Proven ability to manage large teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of inventory control principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.
Familiarity with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations.

Job Summary:
With reporting responsibilities to the AVP of Rail Operations, this position is directly responsible for the management of the company's rail operations at one of our warehouse locations. Individual must provide positive leadership for company employees and temporary staffing in a safety sensitive and production environment. Responsible to direct daily management to include: railcar movements and inspections; communicating with railroads; switching operations; maintaining inventories; production scheduling; scheduling and performing light maintenance; employee development, counseling, discipline, and training; and record keeping and communication of issues with management. This individual works closely with the Production Manager, Safety Director, Quality Manager, Rail Operations, Customer Success representatives (CSRs), Trucking department and Sales department. Must oversee the facility and rail yard operations to meet KPI targets and goals. Additional duties and responsibilities may be added or deleted at any time.
Essential Functions/Duties:
Employee Management
Must provide positive leadership for all Rail staff.
Ensure all personnel are qualified and trained through our Rail Training Manual.
Maintain the appropriate amount of staffing to accomplish the required production goals for all Warehouse Rail activities.
Maintain a safe work environment and drive the company's safety culture into all aspects of the job functions.
Ensure Warehouse Rail employees are following work instructions.
Maintain meticulous records of employee training, employee counseling, and performance reviews.

Supervise and manage appointments for approved vendors, customers, & third-party contractors entering the Warehouse Rail Terminal.
Ensure all visitors and guests sign in at the office, and are given a safety brief for yard safety.
Ensure Operation Clean Sweep initiatives are being communicated and every employee is pledged.
Work with administrative systems to support operations to meet deadlines.
Communicate with vendors operating within the Warehouse Rail Terminal by supplying inventory reports.
Maintain meticulous records as required by customer and company policies.
Teach, coach, and promote personal responsibility for identifying and performing safe behaviors, conditions, and environmental responsibility.
General Warehouse Rail Maintenance
Prepare and execute a compressive preventive maintenance schedule for all operating equipment.
Routinely look at all maintenance items and identify trends/reoccurring items and develop plans for permanently correcting issues.
Perform routine and required light maintenance on all related company issued and managed equipment.
Supervise any outside maintenance work and contractors.
Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed during any mechanical failure or maintenance procedure.
Maintain highly detailed maintenance records and logs.
Order and maintain spare parts as required for the equipment.
Communicate all related equipment issues with the AVP of Rail Operations.
Maintain a clean Rail Yard and ensure that all employees exercise excellent housekeeping practices in all operational areas (office areas and rail yards).
Record Inspection Logs must be retained on site.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure all employees operate in compliance with FRA, OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Ensure pre-job safety briefs are occurring before every rail move.
Vehicle Certification & Training for all employees who use any of the following: golf carts, aerial lifts, forklifts & man lifts, or any company provided vehicles.
Record Inspection Logs must be retained on site.
Maintain employee files to include: safety meetings, training, and discipline for any violations of company policies or law.
Audit Employee Time Logs for accuracy.
Conduct/Supervise and document daily/weekly/monthly safety meetings. The Warehouse Rail Manager must personally conduct a documented safety meeting with all Rail staff once per calendar month at a minimum. This standard will enforce the dedication to our safety culture.
Additional Specific Duties:
Responsible for training and managing the progress of training for any employee in need of training and report employee's progress to the relevant manager.
Train new hires and retrain current employees as required, in groups or individually.
Cross-train in all departments as required and assist on the development of training aides, including but not limited to: Inventory Management, Material Handling of PE Issued Equipment, Rail Inventory Management & Software, and any additional programs as assigned.
Ensure SOPs are developed and put into practice with required training.
Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a combination of environments to include outdoors in an active Rail Yard, outdoors in a Truck Yard, and indoors in a professional office space. Known for leadership development, we aim to empower individuals to reach their full potential.Position Overview: The Fulfillment Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials and spare parts to support project execution and installation activities. This position focuses on logistics and inventory management, working closely with internal and external teams to maintain material readiness and quality standards. The role requires strong understanding of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and back-office coordination to connect all elements of material planning and fulfillment.This position will be based at our Houston, TX office and requires approximately 90% travel to project sites. Ten (10) days on / four (4) days off rotation and will work hours aligned with project operations. Responsibilities:
Oversee material planning and fulfillment to ensure spare parts and components are available for project installation on site
Manage inventory control, receiving, and storage at customer locations and ensure readiness for final installation
Coordinate with Project Management, Requisition Engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packagers, and customers to maintain smooth material flow
Support quality control processes for packaging and material handling
Monitor and maintain ERP system data for accurate material tracking and planning
Develop and implement fulfillment strategies to improve efficiency and meet project timelines
Resolve issues related to material shortages, order discrepancies, or delays in fulfillment
Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, quality, and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to link supply chain activities and connect operational workflows
Track and report KPIs related to material readiness, fulfillment accuracy, and cost efficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Prior experience in material planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, fulfillment, or logistics in a similar industry
Experienced with using ERP systems for material tracking and planning, Oracle desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
Willingness to travel domestically for assigned projects; internationally occasionally as business demands
Valid driver's license
Valid driver's license and valid passport, or willingness to obtain a passport if not currently held.
Proficiency in English with the ability to read, interpret, and create documentation, reports, and compliance records
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Strong understanding of how supply chain processes interconnect and impact project execution
Knowledge of inventory control, material planning, and fulfillment processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of materials for project needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks, analyze supply chain workflows, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, including effective coordination with cross-functional teams
Ability to work on project sites in a warehouse or office environment
Must have clear vision for reading and screen work
