Job Requirements
Three plus years of work experience as a WarehouseManager.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate inbound or outbound operations with a minimum of 5 direct reports and hundreds of associates.
Knowledge of warehouse software(Such as WMS, TMS, ERP).
Proficiency with Microsoft products excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a critical role by coordinating warehouse operations, leading a team of employees, and ensuring the safe and efficient shipping and receiving of inventory. Qualifications
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
Experience:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards, warehouse procedures, and 6S principles.

Job Purpose
In this role you will be responsible for planning, implementation, and management over the manufacturing activities in the assigned areas of the plant. Key Responsibilities

* Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing and/or other operations.
* Follow lean manufacturing tools and methodology to establish procedures and drive continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including welding, painting, and/or assembly.

The Manager Area Distribution I is accountable for the delivery and merchandising of company products to customers within a Market Unit which may include multiple distribution centers.
