TWP is seeing a Warehouse Supervisor that oversees daily operations in our fashion warehouse. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining the quality and organization of apparel and accessories. Key Responsibilities Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with shipping, storing, moving, trans loading, and inventory of products returned from our clients and their partners. Train and mentor new stock associates on inventory systems, safety procedures, and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of stockroom processes and best practices. Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to fulfill inventory requests. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow by working alongside assigned staff. Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Advises employees on care of goods received, stored, and shipped; proper use and care of equipment; and related problems. Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety; maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area. Execute tasks as needed in a ‘lead by example' manner. Other duties as assigned by management. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, fashion merchandising, or business preferred. Minimum of 3 years warehouse or operations experience, with supervising a team-preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS & Inventory Management systems Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers Possess strong leadership qualities and can galvanize a team around company initiatives Possess strong attention to detail Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions Ability to stand and walk for majority of a 40-hour work week Must be willing to work overtime with short notice

Responsibilities of the Distribution Supervisor - 3rd Shift: * Lead all transportation and distribution activities to ensure optimal performance across the distribution center. * Oversee timely tendering to carriers and monitor operational carrier performance. * Create, track, and trend KPIs and communicate the results to key stakeholders. * Manage outbound shipments where the company covers freight costs to ensure cost efficiency. * Coordinate all international shipments and ensure accurate documentation and compliance. * Maintain and update routing guides, special delivery requirements, and carrier rate guides. * Audit and approve carrier and customs broker invoices. Obtain rate quotes and expedite shipments as needed. * Manage the Transportation/Distribution Coordinator and act as backup to the Distribution Manager. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational objectives. Required Experience/Skills for the Distribution Supervisor - 3rd Shift: * 5 - 10 years of experience in transportation/warehouse operations with a manufacturer or carrier. * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. * Exceptional analytical and mathematical abilities to evaluate freight data and costs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Manager is a key leader position in the distribution and operations organization reporting directly to the Night Manager. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of warehouse operations to include inventory control, shipping and receiving operations in a Direct Sales organization. Preference for warehouse automation experience and union environment is a plus but not required. Asst. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree ( Logistics management, Mechanical engineer, or Business Management 5-7 years of supervision level experience within a distribution warehouse Operational supervision experience Distribution of product experience Preferred warehouse automation experience Functional system understanding in WMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication skills Ability to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights and weekends only when required Compensation and Benefits The anticipated salary range for this position is $76,000 to $80,000, depending on qualifications such as experience, education, and skillset.
