The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:
+ Engage with client executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
+ Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
+ Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions
+ Advise, design and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging a SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
+ Lead small teams - helping them achieve transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within Accenture

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Consumer Goods clients
+ Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area
+ Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Serco is supporting USACE to renovate the Power Building (J-Plant) and providing it with High Altitude Electro Magnetic Pulse (HEMP) protective measures.The Logistician's primary role is to provide on-site receiving and accountability of construction materials and equipment. Tasks included inventory control, tool management, and hazardous material control and management. Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.
**This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**
**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.
+ Maintain inventory status in Serco's warehousemanagement software suite.
+ Initiate purchase requests for site supplies and misc. materials.
+ Proactively resolve material and logistical problems or issues with the Serco management team and other subcontractors.

+ Coordinate shipping plans and documentation with other Serco warehouse sites as necessary.

+ Be present at the work site, attend and report weekly plan updates as it pertains to logistic, hazardous material or flammable container issues.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
· Supervise Warehouse Staff: Oversee the daily tasks of Warehouse Logistics Specialist and Warehouse Associates, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Provide regular feedback to the General Manager regarding Warehouse Associates' and Warehouse Logistics Specialist performance.
· Inventory Management: Perform routine inventory cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor and research custom orders in warehouse and follow procedural practices. Participate in routine inventory counts.
· Coordinate Shipping and Receiving: Manage incoming and outgoing/will-call orders, oversee order picking and pulling fulfillment, and ensure accuracy of orders.
· Equipment: Ensure warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, ladders, and tools are well-maintained and in working order. Ensure inspections are complete.
· Problem Solving: Address day-to-day challenges that arise, such as pick/pulling errors or staffing issues.
· Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are being executed and followed. Periodically test and inspect emergency equipment is compliant and in working order.
· Security: Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures on warehouse security. Ensure non-warehouse personnel do not gain access to the warehouse workspace.
· Warehouse Organization: Ensure materials are properly stored, workspace is free of clutter, and vendor paperwork is correctly stored in bins.
· Housekeeping: Guided by a daily checklist; ensure no hazards are in racks, aisles or on the floorspace, remove all trash and shipping debris, floors are swept, and tools and operating supplies are returned to their proper locations.
· Customer Service Support: Ensure daily will-call orders are handled with care, orders a picked and pulled accurately, and maintain a customer-focused approach to operations.

Our Parts, Garments, and Accessories (PG&A) Polaris Distribution Center in Wilmington, OH (60 miles from Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton areas) is looking for an Operations site manager. The Distribution Center Manager is the top leadership position, having overall accountability for the distribution operation. This role is responsible for leading their team to manage all inbound & outbound operations for the facility. This includes maintaining and improving benchmark levels of safety, quality, customer delivery and cost. The role also works with broader DC network leadership team to improve customer experience and drive continuous improvement throughout the entire supply chain network. In addition, the DC Manager will be responsible for the development of direct reports and building a talent pipeline for the facility and broader organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations:
Establish goals and strategy for the DC and drive alignment through your team to meet or exceed targets
Overall accountability for DC's safety, quality, productivity and lean goals
Provide leadership and direction to effectively manage P&L for the facility
Lead and coordinate activities across two campus buildings supporting three brands, aligning site operations with organizational goals and a unified campus culture
Improve and maintain levels of safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement throughout the facility
Establish continuous improvement/lean culture- change agent who can develop and motivate their team to higher levels of accomplishment
