Job Responsibilities
Plans, initiates, and executes day-to-day responsibilities; ensures daily workload plan for all departments and associates are executed to the highest degree of efficiency and accuracy
Incorporates effective continuous process improvement, focusing on best practices

Ensure effective performance management and feedback for all associates and subordinate leaders

Job Requirements
4-5 years' general distribution center/warehousewarehouse experience
2+ years' leadership experience in a supervisory/manager role in a distribution center/warehouse

As a Distribution Supervisor at our Moen distribution center, you will guide a team in our fully automated and largest facility. The RMA / Reverse Logistics Manager owns the end-to-end customer returns process, ensuring every return is processed quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. This role is responsible for creating operational discipline, building a data-driven returns operation, and improving the customer experience through transparency and speed. Core Responsibilities 1. Process Management
