The DOT (Department of Transportation) Program Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing operations of critical DOT compliance programs within the organization. Freight & Warehouse Claim Management
Manage freight claim process with the objective of recovering a maximum amount of the product value from carriers that are deemed to be responsible for product shortage, loss or damage.
Interact with our ocean carriers, transportation companies and warehouses in order to collect where these parties are responsible for damages and shortages.
Develop policies and strategies to minimize risk and streamline processes.
Develop, maintain and report metrics on this area. Develop automation of metrics through SAP.
Unsalables Management
· Manage vendor conducting unsalables audit.

· Purchases food products to supplement those received through grants and donations.
· Manages warehouse organization.
