This role is responsible for the overall flow of contents vaults, consumable inventory count, equipment organization, and fleet management. Key Responsibilities:Daily Production & Workflow Coordination Organize and distribute daily work assignments based on supervisor direction. Review work orders and prepare machines with the correct design setup, sizing, and stitch specifications. Plan daily workflow by evaluating stitch counts, pattern complexity, and machine availability. Monitor production progress and communicate any delays or issues to the supervisor. Machine Operation & Technical Troubleshooting Operate embroidery machines and monitor performance throughout production runs. Troubleshoot mechanical issues such as thread breaks, needle problems, tension issues, belt problems, and alignment concerns. Perform routine cleaning, basic mechanical repairs, and scheduled maintenance. Report larger mechanical or electrical problems to the supervisor. Digitizing & Pattern File Management Digitize and modify embroidery designs using Embroidery Studio software. Adjust pattern dimensions, stitch density, and layout to fit boot tops of various sizes. Load, transfer, and organize design files using USB devices. Maintain an organized pattern library of 200-300+ embroidery designs. Team Support & Training Assist in training new embroidery operators in machine operation and pattern setup. Provide support to team members by answering questions, helping troubleshoot issues, and guiding workflow. Communicate effectively with operators and support a positive team culture. Quality & Safety Support Inspect embroidered boot tops for accuracy and quality before moving to the next stage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and encourage safe practices among team members. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, preferred. Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial embroidery machines, preferred. Knowledge of or ability to learn embroidery digitizing software (Embroidery Studio preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret work orders and design specifications. Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
