Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
8+ years of experience in a logistics and/or supply chain environment
5+ years experience in logistics (shipping and receiving) or related industries

3+ years successfully leading a 250,000+ sq. ft. warehouse facility
Previous experience utilizing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle and/or JD Edwards)

Education/Experience:
Associates Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years warehouse/shipping/manufacturing experience; advanced lean manufacturing experience a plus
ERP/WMS experience is required; intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
1-2 years experience in a LTL/parcel/pick & pack environment preferred; experience in an e-commerce and/or special order environment a plus
3-5 years previous supervisory experienced required
