Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will lead Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Order Handling, and Resource Management in the local business unit. Qualifications for the role
• Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or manufacturing-related field PLUS minimum 10 years experience manufacturing planning and fulfillment working with flow products and systems
• Experience must include minimum 5 years of managerial experience as P&F Manager in a high paced manufacturing company with a multiple customer facing base (internal and external)
• Sound knowledge of planning ERP systems, demand planning, and lean manufacturing
• Proven experience in SAP, capacity planning, and business analytics tools. Proven ability to review, assess and implement changes in diverse Master Planning, Production Control, Customer Service activities.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing communication, stake-holder management and ability to handle customer delivery/quality/service discussions
• Fluent, confident English language skills
