About the Role: The Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the entire logistics and warehousing operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods. The purpose of the Night Warehouse Manager is to plan and manage the daily workload of night warehouse personnel to ensure activities are performed effectively and efficiently. • Oversee and monitor recruiting, training, scheduling and management of all night warehouse personnel to ensure Ben E. Keith operational objectives are met and maintained. • Perform management tasks to maximize productivity of personnel and maintain adequate staffing levels. • Maintain a safe, clean and functional environment for all shift associates to meet or exceed regulatory or third party inspections. • Monitor operations to ensure Branch and Company productivity, safety, error and turnover goals are met or exceeded. • Perform administrative tasks to ensure the proper and timely completion of paperwork, including time/wage reporting, daily receipts and other required documentation. • Supervise duties for night warehouse personnel and management teams. • Conduct performance appraisals as directed. • Provide feedback and assistance to direct reports.
