Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and mentor warehouse associates and drivers, assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
* Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, maintain accurate records, and ensure stock is organized and sufficient to meet demand.

Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
* 1-3 years previous warehouse, inventory, shipping & receiving experience; 3 years of warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
* Physically able and willing to move furniture; ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
* Forklift Operator certification preferred; on-the-job certification provided
* Able to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks (previous experience is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, hire, and train future Team Members promoting the Evermore brand, guiding principles, and service delivery culture.

Track vehicles inspections, registration cards, and insurance cards for annual expiration
Schedule and negotiate vehicle maintenance with vendors and mechanic shops.
Oversee and investigate incidents involving guests, Team Members lost and found items.
Ensure proper safety and speeding signs are visible throughout the resort.
Must be budget conscious and work toward the overall profitability of the resort.
Must audit and track driving licenses expiration date, restrictions, medical certification for specialized vehicles.

Valid Florida CDL Driver's License with an acceptable driving record, CDL A&B license preferred.

Aspen Medical has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, results-oriented Logistics Manager to partner with us in providing medical services to UN sponsored Kenyan Peacekeepers and US Government staff at a field hospital in Port Au Prince, Haiti. This will be a deployed, rotational contract, ideally with a 3-month on, 1-month off rotation cycle.
The team will be based in a secure, purpose-built camp and hospital facility in Port au Prince, Haiti, and all service delivery requirements will be conducted within the confines of that facility. All support services are being provided by the US Government, including camp facilities and basic life support requirements, including travel, meals, accommodation, internet, and other ancillary support services.
Aspen Medical will provide a Level 2 Field Hospital with EMS, Pre-Hospital Care, Surgical, Diagnostic and Laboratory, and other ancillary services. All clinic service delivery services will be provided in accordance with US clinical standards and compliance measures.
Requirements:
Citizenship
All Aspen Medical staff must be US citizens or Green Card holders.

Education:
Qualification or Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management Studies, Commerce Studies, Strategic or Business Studies.
Certification:

Experience:
