DESCRIPTION: The Distribution Center Site Leader will be accountable for all aspects of leading their assigned distribution center and will serve on the leadership team of the US DC and LSP Network. The incumbent will ensure their operation is focused on Safety, Quality, and Compliance while also consistently delighting Zoetis's customers. Network Collaboration Serve as a functional lead across the Zoetis US DC and LSP Network (e.g., Quality, Safety, Procurement). Share best practices and provide guidance to other sites within the network. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree with 5+ year of experience in Operations/Supply Chain Leadership, or 10+ years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain leadership in lieu of a degree TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Must be able to serve as Designated Representative for distributing pharma products Experience in an FDA/USDA regulated environment strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English) Works effectively in a team-based environment Ability to communicate effectively with Team Members to facilitate completion requests and review from all levels to meet all deadlines.
