Position Summary
The WarehouseManager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations at the logistics center, including inbound, storage, picking/packing, outbound, returns, inventory accuracy, safety, staffing, and KPI performance. This role drives operational excellence through strong field leadership, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Overall Warehouse Operations
Lead daily/weekly/monthly warehouse operations (inbound, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns).
Develop and execute operational plans to meet service level and productivity targets.
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and continuously improved.
Inventory & Quality Management
Maintain and improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
Establish and manage location control and storage policies.
Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies, damages, or shipment errors and implement corrective actions.
Workforce & Team Leadership
Managewarehouse staff (full-time, temporary, and/or 3PL partners), including scheduling and productivity tracking.
Coach, train, and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture.
Promote strong communication across shifts and teams.
KPI / Cost Control
Monitor and report warehouse KPIs such as productivity, lead time, OTIF, shrinkage, error rates, and labor efficiency.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage operational budgets effectively.
Safety, Security & Compliance
Enforce safety policies, EHS standards, and equipment operation compliance (e.g., forklifts).
Maintain facility security and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
WMS / System Operations
Operate and manage WMS-driven warehouse processes.
Maintain master data and ensure system accuracy for inventory and order flows.
Troubleshoot WMS issues and coordinate with IT or HQ teams for enhancements.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
7+ years of logistics / warehouse operations experience, with proven exposure to end-to-end warehouse processes.
2-3+ years of people management or on-site warehouse leadership experience (direct or indirect).
Hands-on experience using WMS (WarehouseManagement System) in daily operations, including system-based inbound/outbound and inventory control.
Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and operational performance management.
Proven ability to solve on-site operational issues with structured root-cause analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data-driven reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics center environment, including peak seasons, shift operations, or weekend support as required.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
2-7 years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or inventory/operations administration (preferred).
Experience with WMS or inventory systems (preferred).
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to operational changes.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Business-level Korean proficiency strongly preferred for communication with Korean HQ, customers, or partners.

* Monitor site productivity standards and hold associates accountable to daily, weekly, monthly metrics; provide timely feedback and initiate corrective action process when needed

* Majority of work day is spent on the floor while balancing administrative duties
* Collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels within the organization, specifically within HR groups on a daily basis

Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree a plus

About the Role:
The Manager, Film Distribution is responsible for executing IMAX's film distribution strategy across assigned markets, with a focus on maximizing IMAX screen utilization, box office performance, and studio/exhibitor partnerships.

Facility Description
Anaergia's Rialto, California Bioenergy Facility is the largest organics waste diversion facility in North America. The facility will utilize Anaergia's proprietary organics polishing system, anaerobic digestion, digestate drying, pyrolysis, and biogas conditioning to supply renewable natural gas into the pipeline and also create quality fertilizers. The facility utilizes four combined heat and power engines to generate electricity for the site. The Rialto project reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 220,200 metric tons per year.
Job Description:
This role reports to the Facility Manager at Rialto. The Operations Manager has responsibility for managing aspects of the site, including safety, environmental, financial, HR, administration, legal, engineering, operations, maintenance, and project management. The Operations Manager will lead, manage, and coach a team of operations and plant support employees at the site. The Operations Manager, under the direction of the Facility Manager, has responsibility for establishing and maintaining world-class safety and environmental standards for the site while driving a strong culture of operational discipline. The Operations Manager has the responsibility to support the Facility Manager in meeting financial, operational, and performance goals for the facility and manage contractual matters for the site. The Operations Manager will develop, review, and implement procedures that improve operational efficiencies and increase revenues by using "Best Practices" while maintaining a high safety standard and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and deploying lean, efficient production and executing strategy through operational excellence, quality improvement, customer and supplier engagement, enhanced equipment reliability, repair and maintenance practices, business process consulting, supply chain development, and alignment of the production line, to meet new product quality and developments.

What you'll do
As Inventory Control Manager, you will build and own Giga's inventory control function from the ground up. This is a foundational role responsible for establishing the systems, processes, and physical controls required to accurately track critical electrical components-ranging from spare parts to breakers and switchboard inventory-supporting large-scale data center and infrastructure projects.
You'll operate in the “grey space” early on: balancing hands-on execution (scanning, picking, pulling, and tracking inventory) with higher-level system design, ERP integration, and team build-out. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, understands electrical supply chains, and is excited to create structure where little currently exists.

This role will be based in our Long Beach offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time.

Responsibilities
Build and own Giga's inventory control function, establishing processes, controls, and systems from day one
Design and implement inventory workflows for scanning, picking, pulling, tracking, and staging materials for production and data center projects
Ensure accurate tracking of breakers, switchboard components, spare parts, and other critical electrical inventory
Partner closely with Procurement and Production to support purchasing decisions, lead times, and material availability and ensure accurate material transactions
Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy investigations to maintain high inventory accuracy
Formalize incoming goods inspection and quality control processes to ensure material integrity
Establish clear chain-of-custody, custodial controls, and physical inventory safeguards
Support the selection, migration, and implementation of inventory systems, including MRP-to-ERP transitions and ERP sandbox testing
Prepare the inventory organization for scale, including the upcoming ~400 switchboard project pipeline
Hire, train, and develop inventory staff as volume and complexity grow
Provide inventory reporting, insights, and recommendations to Operations and Finance leadership
Requirements
5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, or supply chain roles
Experience working in electrical manufacturing, electrical distribution, industrial supply, or adjacent environments
Hands-on experience with inventory systems, MRP, and/or ERP platforms. Must have experience leading or actively participated in an ERP/MRP implementation or system migration
Strong understanding of lead times, material flow, and supply chain fundamentals
Proven ability to operate in early-stage or startup environments with limited existing structure
Comfortable being hands-on when needed, including physical inventory handling in the early stages
