Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Savannah, GA. The Associate Logistics Manager - Projects will be responsible for the execution of supply chain strategies and the integration of these strategies within their assigned region for Ecolab. The Associate Logistics Manager must be able to travel at short notice and for extended periods to cover leadership absences and hot spots.
What You Will Do:

Analyzes and reports data to identify opportunities to achieve established objectives. Advises management on logistics innovations that will improve performance and make logistics a competitive advantage. Identifies and manages redesign, capital projects and vendor changes to improve safety, cost, service, quality, performance and/or compliance. Fosters Lean Six Sigma practices; champions concepts to reports.
Meets or exceed measured standards, i.e. improves cost and service performance through Logistics activities that include aspects of inventory control, service levels, warehousing, warehouse space, transportation, and exception management.
Provides leadership support in the absence of a Sr Logistics Manager or Manager as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Transportation
Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation and/or warehousing environments
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

The base salary range for this position is $94,100.00 - $141,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage, Audit and Supervising activities of warehouse inventory of all raw materials, finished goods and consumable (non-inventoried) items.
* Maintain close communication with Warehouse Manager on all areas of planned audit, scheduling, performance, inventory audit attendance/schedules, and efficiencies needed during all warehouse shifts for constant inventory controls.
* Provide reports as needed to notify all parties involved of anomalies of inventory and incorrect or open issues to be resolved within a specific period.
* Skills needed to coach, counsel, and discipline employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending immediate actions or changes needed by the business; adhering to all Safety, HR and Warehouse Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications
Three (3) or more years of experience in welding logistics or welding project management within construction, fabrication, or industrial sectors.
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or Welding Supervisor through AWS is a plus.
Proficiency with AWS codes and standards, especially those related to structural welding.
Proven experience in vendor coordination and material procurement.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-project logistics.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written) required.
Prior experience working with diverse, multicultural teams in multifamily construction or industrial environments.
