Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in warehouseoperations
Proven experience in shipping/receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Familiarity with MRP software, inventory control and shipping platforms.
Strong leadership skills.
Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Position Summary
The Fulfillment Manager oversees daily e-commerce fulfillment operations ensuring accurate, fast, and cost-effective order fulfillment across receiving, assembly, order processing, pick/pack, shipping, returns, inventory control, and safety . About the Role: The Warehouse/Fulfillment Manager plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our apparel distribution center. You'll work closely with the Operations Lead to lead the team, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to operational excellence.

Leading daily team operations and shift execution.
Provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability among warehouse staff
Daily Operations Oversight
Monitor daily picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Adjust labor and workflow based on volume and priorities.
Ensure all orders are processed according to customer requirements and deadlines.
Inventory Accuracy and Control
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of apparel items.
Process Improvement and Efficiency
Identify inefficiencies in warehouse workflows and recommend improvements.
Support implementation of new tools, layouts, or procedures to increase productivity.
Monitor metrics and suggest adjustments to meet performance goals.
Training & Safety
Train new and existing team members on processes, equipment use, and safety protocols.
Enforce safety standards and report any hazards or incidents.
Execution of Daily Tasks
Step in to assist with picking, replenishment, inventory, and shipping.
Maintain quality control standards throughout the fulfillment process.

Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Proven ability to lead, manage, and hold teams accountable (LMA) in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment processes, and cycle counting
Experience with warehousemanagement systems (WMS) and basic data reporting tools
Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

We are looking for a Planning and Distribution Manager in Le Sueur, MN.
The Planning and Distribution Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and managing all activities related to distribution and logistics, including, but not limited to: Cheese and Whey shipping, inventory of finished goods production, purchasing of materials and packaging, inventory management, managing distribution and warehouse personnel, and managing external warehousing logistics and processes.

Manage ERP system and train personnel in use and management of the systems.

Position Summary
The Fulfillment Manager oversees daily e-commerce fulfillment operations ensuring accurate, fast, and cost-effective order fulfillment across receiving, assembly, order processing, pick/pack, shipping, returns, inventory control, and safety. Own shipping operations, including carrier relationships, shipping contracts, and rate negotiations to ensure competitive and cost-effective solutions
Manage suppliers for shipping materials (cartons, packaging, inserts, dunnage) while maintaining strong partnerships, quality standards, and cost control
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs, dead stock, and shrinkage
Develop, document, and improve SOPs to support speed, accuracy, scalability, and cost efficiency
Track, analyze, and report weekly on fulfillment KPIs (order accuracy, ship time, productivity, returns, shipping costs)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment SLAs, vendor performance, and operational efficiency
Ensure OSHA compliance, workplace safety, and proper equipment maintenance
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
Experience managing e-commerce warehouse or fulfillment operations
Proven leadership and people management skills in a fast-paced environment
