    Warehouse operations manager job in Clearwater, FL

    The Inventory Manager acts as a liaison between Operations and Finance teams providing support and analysis of financial results and forecasts, business initiatives, and ad-hoc requests. Leads day to day inventory control activities for resupply central distribution. Compiles, assesses and presents comprehensive inventory reporting/data showing patterns, inventory needs and availability to Leadership. Works collectively with team members and Leadership to resolve inventory issues ensuring business targets are achieved. Leads implementation of asset management/inventory system for centralized warehouses and at a location level. JOB FUNCTIONS: Oversees inventory levels. Creates inventory norms as per demand. Maintains consistent stock of inventory. Establishes and maintains backup source for high-demand items. Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need and proactively seeks solutions to avoid shortages. Provides inventory reports/data to leadership. Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and orders placed. Manages and maintains inventory process/system. Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory. Assists with physical inventory audits. Performs CAPEX related Annual budgeting and forecasting. Manages equipment returns analysis and process. Executes overall inventory strategy. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
