What You'll Do:

Identify and drive process improvement opportunities that result in quantifiable cost savings or improvements to the customer experience.
Review management control reports and other workflow tracking tools to ensure that errors/issues are corrected in a timely manner, work is distributed appropriately, and that each staff member is held responsible for his/her performance in a remote and hybrid work environment.
Assist staff in resolving disputedcases by helping to identify the appropriate course of action.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and service capabilities, as well as forward-thinking problem-solving abilities. Work in collaboration with other leaders in Service, Agency, Product, and Corporate Compliance in the pursuit of solutions that best help our clients
Develop and deliver meaningful performance reviews. Drive the growth of our staff through identification of assignments that aligns with our business needs as well as their professional development.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree - Finance or Business discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years ofexperience managing service operations environment is highly preferred.

Advanced understanding of brokerage and mutual fund products.
FINRA Series 7, 24 required.
FINRA Series 52 and/or 53 preferred.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

About the Role: The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the driver and fulfillment teams in the Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Detroit markets (and any additional new markets as they are launched). In our start-up environment, every day will bring something new, you'll handle driver training/supervision, driver badging, ensuring safe and timely deliveries, line-haul load-outs, hiring, and helping with expansion into new markets. The role will also include vehicle and facility oversight and maintenance in the South market as well as the ability to jump into the field and cover routes and any other tasks as needed.
The typical shift for this position is Monday through Friday, 4am - 12pm, but will need flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do:
Supervision of hourly employees, cross-docks, and vehicles
Training, onboarding, coaching, and auditing performance of driver team
Accept line-haul drop-offs of food ensuring safety/quality/cold chain are maintained and supervise the loadout of line-hauls to other markets
Auditing all fulfillment operations monthly
Continuous Improvement
Giving feedback on current delivery processes (IE updating SOPs, training and retraining drivers)
Cross-functional teamwork
Field Tasks (cover a route, audits, hiring in new markets) when needed
Audit upcoming fridges to ensure we have badging/access info and manage the fridge dry run process
Airport Signatory and Driver Badging
What are we looking for you to have as a Distribution Supervisor?
Experience managing team members in an operations/warehouse setting
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Valid Driver's License

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for company performance-based/performance (sales) bonuses and equity.
