Job Description Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Reports To: Senior Operations Leadership Team Size: 3050 employees (through shift managers/supervisors) The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees all distribution center activities, including receiving, storage, shipping, labor management, inventory accuracy, and facility operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient product flow, meeting delivery requirements, improving productivity, and maintaining safety and quality standards across multiple warehouse locations. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods, accessories, replacement parts, and samples Maintain warehouse capacity and recommend improvements to material-handling systems Drive operational improvements and implement new methods to maximize productivity Create strategies for merchandise flow within the distribution facility and off-site storage locations Leadership People Management Directly supervise shift managers and oversee 3050 warehouse employees Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance, corrective actions, and development Plan labor requirements and schedules, especially around peak/seasonal needs Communicate expectations, hold staff accountable, and foster team performance Inventory Management Quality Develop and enforce processes for receiving, storage, shipping, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance Implement regular audits and adhere to company quality standards Maintain safe and compliant operations across the facility Metrics Continuous Improvement Track KPIs, conduct audits, perform observations, and develop action plans Lead operations meetings, set goals, and drive accountability Identify and resolve operational gaps using proven problem-solving methodologies Communication Collaboration Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and customers as required Provide clear written and verbal communication across teams Support company culture by demonstrating core values: Safety, Quality, Respect, Service Budget Compliance Assist in annual budgeting for capital expenditures and operating expenses Monitor and control expenses throughout the year Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety practices Required Qualifications Bachelors degree OR 510 years of warehouse experience (minimum 5 years in warehouse management) Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Ability to analyze data, calculate percentages/areas/volumes, and use metrics to drive performance Strong problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex issues Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to adapt to change, handle pressure, and adjust priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing or upgrading a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform warehouse tasks for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) if required Additional Information Must be able to work overtime and adjust schedule based on business needs Reliable, consistent attendance is required Must follow all safety policies and wear PPE as needed

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT MANAGER The Shipping and Fulfillment Manager oversees private label fulfillment and shipment of all outbound orders. They also manage the Fulfillment and Delivery Specialist. Reports To: Production ManagerDirect Reports: Fulfillment and Delivery SpecialistStatus: Full Time Shipping & Receiving Oversee all wholesale customers' outbound shipping/freight orders. Ensure all outbound orders are processed correctly. Maintain and order all shipping materials and supplies for JVG accounts. Pull and pack orders for all shipping customers including: Allied Products, Sweetbird Products, and roasted coffee orders. Set up freight BOLs and track all shipping orders. Monitor shipping methods, run reports, and make recommendations to solve problems and streamline processes in shipping. Ensure all inbound freight orders are received physically and entered into inventory system. Private Label Fulfillment Participate in meetings with private label accounts to build relationships and help troubleshoot challenges. Print out and organize shipping orders each morning, assigning tasks to other team members when needed. Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and in time for daily USPS and FedEx pickup. Ensure all team members helping with fulfillment are following proper fulfillment procedures (FIFO, tidy packing, etc.) Communicate regularly with Production Manager to maintain product inventories and prioritize specific production when necessary. Ensure daily accuracy of “Finished Product” inventory. Maintain and order all shipping materials and supplies for private label fulfillment and freight shipments. Management Contribute to hiring and onboarding process for Fulfillment & Delivery Specialist. Hold regular one-on-one meetings with Fulfillment & Delivery Specialist. Give feedback regularly and provide coaching to Fulfillment & Delivery Specialist. Thoughtfully compile and present performance reviews; reference pay scale accurately. Utilize and file all human resources paperwork correctly. Job Requirements 1+ year(s) production and shipping experience. Leadership/management experience preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork. Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently. Ability to prioritize and manage time. Ability to work with spreadsheets and web-based platforms.
