Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements and maintains inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Optimizes transportation routes and shipping methods to minimize costs and lead times.
Leads and motivates a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Drives productivity and efficiency improvements by implementing best practices and process enhancements.
Ensures warehouse operation meets material storage standards and transportation standards and regulations.
Conducts raw materials, finished goods inventory count in compliance with company control and audit standards.
Fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations.
Implements best practices and technological solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations best practices.
Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.

What You Will Do
Oversee a department in our distribution facility with a focus on meeting or surpassing goals and targets.
Builds high performing teams by providing guidance and support for all hourly colleagues.
Generate reports for management to keep them informed on key metrics.
Ensure that various departments excel in safety, shortage, cost control, quality, processing standards, flexibility, reliability, customer service, and execution of plans.
Conduct presentations to senior management as needed.
Continuously analyze work processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.

Job Summary/Objective
The Hazardous Materials Warehouse Operator plays a vital role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations while specializing in the safe handling, storage, and transportation of hazardous materials. This position involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role requires a current and valid CDL with both tanker and hazmat endorsements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Warehouse will be the primary focus, with at least half the time spent with these responsibilities.
Prepare and load delivery trucks with accuracy and efficiency
Receive incoming products and stock inventory in designated locations
Monitor and manage inventory levels using barcode scanning systems
Provide customer assistance and support as needed
Perform routine site maintenance and ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly forklift inspections and maintenance in accordance with OSHA requirements
Safely handle and store hazardous materials, ensuring proper labeling, containment, and compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs) and manifests for hazardous materials
Deliver products to dairies and other locations while following all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Participate in emergency response procedures, including spill containment and incident reporting when necessary
Communicate with warehouse management regarding inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and potential safety hazards
Maintain compliance with all municipal, state, and federal regulations, promptly reporting any non-conformities
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HACCP guidelines
Adhere to UDA quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) policies and procedures, reporting any deviations
Complete additional tasks as assigned to support operational needs
