Oversee packaging and shipping processes to minimize damage and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of previous warehouse experience required. College degree or certification in inventory control, logistics, or a related field a plus. Experience in the performance automotive aftermarket highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Forklift certification. Skills & Abilities: Out-of-the-box thinker with a drive for continuous improvement.
