The Role:
A member of the Global Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance team, focused on safety operations including but not limited to collection of safety information from various sources, SAE reconciliation, quality control of safety data entry, and compliance of individual case safety reports (ICSRs) to regulatory authorities and business partners.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the successful and timely case intake of safety reports and case processing.
Perform both real-time and retrospective quality control of safety case data entry to ensure quality and compliance with the data entry conventions and MedDRA/WHO DD coding conventions.
Effectively manage the daily safety case workload to ensure compliance with regulatory submissions and internal timelines including, but not limited to:
Monitoring the workflow status of safety cases and/or the pending regulatory submissions of ICSRs.
Communicating to safety vendor, safety physicians, and/or submission stakeholders as needed
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and/or provide guidance on questions concerning Safety Operations based on, not only company conventions, but also ICH and regulatory guidance as well as best PV practices.
Ensure the reporting destinations are correctly populated for each safety case and approve a regulatory report for all destinations in the safety database as applicable and proactively identify/resolve issues potentially leading to late reports.
Perform and/or support regular trending and analysis quality data and compliance metrics to identify potential issues and propose long-term strategies for quality improvement or issue resolution.
Review and provide input on behalf of Safety Operations on individual study-specific documents including but, but not limited to, Safety Operational Management Plan, SAE Reconciliation Plan, Data Validation Plan, and Safety Reporting Form Specifications Document.
Perform and/or oversee individual study-specific set-up and maintenance activities like Sponsor eCRF acceptance testing, SAE Reconciliation activities, back-up Safety Reporting Form creation, and supporting the generation of automated line listing reports
Analyze and provide reason(s) for late submission/distribution of safety reports, as applicable
Perform and/or support the timely documentation, monitoring and closure of all owned Quality Events (Deviation, Change Control and/or Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPAs)).
Develop or update Standard Operating Procedures, Working Instructions, and training materials concerning safety case processing and operations.
Support GVP audit/inspection readiness initiatives and, in the event of an audit/inspection, support the preparation, execution, and responses to audit/inspection.
Lead or participate in Genmab initiatives and projects on Safety Operations behalf
Other activities, as needed or as requested by supervisor.
Requirements
Drug Safety professional with minimum 5 years of experience within drug safety and PV inclusive of case quality control and regulatory submissions of ICSRs worldwide.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in science.
Strong knowledge of ICH E2B(R2) and (R3) specifications and entry guidance.
Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance reporting rules and timelines.
Ability to interpret health and medical records such as adverse event reporting forms, a discharge summary, etc.
Experience with clinical and/or post-marketing case processing, including MedDRA and WHO DD coding and narrative writing.
Experience with safety database; Argus is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience with EDC for clinical trial data collection.
Analytic and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
Responsible for product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Ensure that established procedures for tracking purchase orders, requisitions, receiving dockets and perpetual inventor are maintained; report any deviation to General Manager.
Maintain and manage sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Willing and available to assist with Premium Services or Concessions event operations as directed by the GM or AGM.
Provide direction to part-time warehouse staff to ensure all established lay-ins are completed for each event, in addition to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Responsible for ensuring that purchase order system is adhered to for all orders received at each warehouse; verify proper specification, size, quantity, etc. of goods received; supervise proper labeling, dating and stocking of supplies.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Ensure proper transfer process of product between buildings, including follow-up documentation.
Perform routine maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.
Evaluate warehouse employee performance. Maintain employee records, written warnings, reviews and other related documents.
Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.
Oversee daily operation as either opening or closing manager on duty.
Assist Office Manager with daily/weekly/monthly sales and AR/AP when needed.
Qualifications

Platform Distribution Operations is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Manager to join our Technical Negotiations team.
In this role, you will:
Lead the strategy, negotiation and execution of multi-faceted technical (e.g., tech specs, authentication requirements), content protection (e.g., piracy, usage rules), advertising (e.g., dynamic ad insertion) and data (e.g., content and ad measurement) terms with distribution and platform partners
Support Platform Distribution Sales teams to present, sell-in and negotiate carriage of TWDC's content and digital products with distribution and platform partners
Manage and collaborate with multi-matrixed, cross-departmental groups across TWDC to align distribution efforts with network and Disney Platform Distribution priorities as well as strategic planning and prioritization of distribution, content protection, data, and advertising and technology initiatives and projects
Partner with the Data and Advertising team to collaborate with Disney Ad Sales to establish and execute on monetization strategies across distribution platforms
Lead and manage applicable vendor negotiations/agreements
Lead, evaluate and execute on applicable new business development opportunities
Lead, manage and coach one direct report
Create a team environment that is open and inclusive that encourages candor, communication and collaboration
Create and build relationships with counterparts across TWDC in sales (distribution and advertising), operations, data/research, programming, production, digital media, legal, accounting, engineering and technology, etc.
Create and build relationships externally with distributors, business partners, vendors and technology developers
Demonstrate strong “horizontal” and “vertical” leadership capabilities that enables this individual to 1) coalesce a broad internal cross-functional team around an agreed objective and 2) develop strong collaborative relationships with distributors to further negotiation and partnership efforts
Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem solving, the ability to synthesize complex issues, and communicate effectively under tight timelines (e.g., during deal negotiations).
Uses critical and creative thinking and analysis to solve highly complex, multifaceted business challenges in a multi-matrixed, cross departmental and cross TWDC environment, employing relationship building, team building, collaboration and critical thinking strategies and skills
Oversee and manages one direct report
Contributes to the development of sales and delivery strategies in support of Disney Platform Distribution and translates those into action plans and initiatives
Manages the ongoing implementation of business plans and systems/tools to maximize revenue
Required experience:
At least 5 years of industry experience
At least 1 year of leadership experience
Aptitude and enthusiasm for navigating and analyzing contracts and other legal documents to determine detailed contractual ramifications of deal points
Has in-depth knowledge of the terms and conditions and compliance requirements of distribution agreements and vendor obligations and requirements
Has in-depth knowledge of project management practices
Has excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
Is recognized as a technical business negotiations subject matter expert
Has in-depth appreciation of the needs and concerns of distribution partners regarding systems requirements, implementation plans, technical obligations

The hiring range for this position in Bristol, CT is $126,800-154,800 per year. The hiring range for this position in NYC, NY is 132,800-162,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Job Summary
The Supervisor, Warehouse Operations supervises a team of Outbound Operations warehouse associates and ensures that pick, pack, and ship operations are safe, efficient, and of high quality. With responsibility for the night shift, the Supervisor continually monitors efficiency and quality metrics, assigns work and provides coaching to supervised staff, and addresses a variety of operational issues. The Supervisor directly contributes to Cardinal Health's customer service reputation by ensuring that shipments are on-time and of high quality, develops the Warehouse Operations talent pool, and enhances operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Group Leads and Associates. Tracks efficiency and productivity metrics to determine which tasks are behind- and ahead-of-schedule, and provides hands-on guidance to Associates to ensure that pick, pack, and ship tasks are completed correctly and safely.
Ensures that all warehouse systems are ready and schedules and prioritizes the work that each Group Lead and team of Associates will complete. Tracks employee attendance and ensures necessary employee headcount to achieve objectives.
Monitors continually productivity and quality metrics including cycle times, lines per hour, shortages, damaged units, missed dispatches, and missed scans, among others. Regularly reports on team performance to the Manager, Warehouse Operations.

Promptly and thoroughly documents the issue and communicates the root cause and resolution to the Manager, Supervisors, and other internal stakeholders as necessary.
Proactively identifies opportunities to improve operations and mitigate risks within supervised team and broader warehouse operations. Provides input into operational excellence initiatives and ensures that there are implemented correctly within own area.
Conducts performance evaluations and provides one-on-one feedback to encourage Associates' development. Identifies Associates capable of working as Group Leads. Creates performance improvement plans for staff and administers discipline when necessary.
Participates in the interviewing and selection of new Associates and provides trainings during employee onboarding.

+ Private Fleet Management (where applicable): Promote activities to ensure a safe- and DOT compliant- place to work.Partner with DOT compliance and safety support groups to ensure company policies, procedures, and programs are followed.Routine observations / audits to ensure that drivers perform proper equipment checks and complete all work assignments in a safe, timely and efficient manner.Responsible for proper maintenance of Driver Qualification files, driver log accuracy, and execution of the company's drug and alcohol testing protocol
+ Deliver exceptional customer experience through execution of on-time delivery and prompt issue resolution / follow through.
