About the Role: The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the driver and fulfillment teams in our South Markets (and any additional new markets as they are launched). Provide consistent feedback through biweekly 1-on-1 meetings. Contribute to Staffing and Personnel Processes: Participate in the hiring process by interviewing and recommending candidates. Be involved in termination proceedings by recommending individuals for termination and attending necessary meetings. Fleet Maintenance and Safety Management Immediately address all vehicle safety concerns. Manage the scheduling of delivery vehicle maintenance, including: Scheduling preventive maintenance for the entire Farmer's Fridge fleet. Tracking and monitoring maintenance costs associated with all repairs. Addressing all reefer issues within 24 hours to ensure food safety. Recommend vehicles for transition out of the fleet. Develop new process and train driver team Develop new processes to increase driver efficiency and driver safety Conduct driver training sessions on all new processes and procedures Ensure compliance with all Farmer's Fridge driver and HR policies through routine retraining What are we looking for you to have as a Distribution Supervisor? The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
