The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
* Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Consumer Goods clients
* Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area
* Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, workplans, run-of-show development, and cross-functional dependencies.
Support budgeting, vendor invoicing, and contract coordination related to program convenings in collaboration with Operations and Finance.
Serve as the primary internal liaison to external event planning firms and vendors ensuring alignment between program design and vendor execution.
Coordinate vendors, venue logistics, and technology platforms for hybrid and in-person events (e.g., AV, accessibility services, interpretation, technology platforms).
Manage registration processes ensuring accurate data, clear communications, and effective participant support.
Oversee on-site operations and event flow, monitoring logistics in real time and addressing issues promptly to maintain quality, safety, and participant experience.
Ensure ADA, multilingual, and accessibility considerations are integrated into convening operations in alignment with IS's equity principles.
