Key Accountabilities & Essential Functions
Operational Leadership & Compliance
Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned stores, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs, brand standards, airport authority requirements, and all state and federal employment, safety, and consumer protection laws.
Conduct regular operational reviews to assess cleanliness, staffing readiness, visual standards, inventory accuracy, and overall store execution; develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.

Financial Performance & Sales Management
Accountable for achieving sales, stock, and profitability targets across all assigned units.
Ensure daily sales are tracked by OperationManagers and Sales Associates; identify terminal or store-level issues impacting sales and take immediate corrective action.
Review weekly and monthly sales performance by store, category, and brand versus prior periods and budget; analyze trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with the Operations Senior General Manager and Operations Controller on financial performance, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
Inventory, Replenishment & Shrink Control
Oversee inventory management processes including daily ordering, replenishment, stock levels, receiving, and vendor coordination.
Review and approve cycle counting and full inventory plans; ensure staff readiness and area preparation for accurate counts.
Partner with Stock Managers and Operations Product Managers to identify and resolve replenishment issues, minimize out-of-stock situations, prevent expired inventory, and reduce shrink.
Ensure planogram execution, merchandise presentation standards, and category management strategies are consistently implemented.
People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop multi-unit management teams; assess skill levels and deliver on-the-job training to ensure operational and brand excellence.
In partnership with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing employees who are passionate about the brand and customer experience.
Conduct performance appraisals and evaluations for Managers and Supervisors in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain employee morale and engagement by recognizing outstanding performance, addressing performance gaps, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Review timekeeping, overtime usage, and scheduling practices to ensure compliance with labor regulations, union agreements (where applicable), and budget guidelines.
Communication, Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Organize and lead weekly meetings with OperationsManagers and Shift Supervisors, covering sales performance, promotions, brand initiatives, HR topics, inventory, and operational priorities.
Prepare structured agendas and ensure clear action plans and follow-ups.
Review monthly store performance with the Operations Senior General Manager and other key stakeholders.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal partners including HR, Marketing, Operations Product Management, Stock Management, and Senior Leadership.
Marketing, Brand & Customer Experience
Coordinate with Marketing to implement POS materials, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in line with corporate initiatives.
Promote brands within all stores, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Compile, analyze, and address customer complaints and feedback; take corrective action or escalate issues to appropriate departments as required.
Develop and implement creative strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
Systems, Technology & Maintenance
Ensure management and staff proficiency in POS, inventory management, scheduling, and reporting systems.
Support the adoption of new retail technologies and ensure all equipment is properly maintained through routine service and timely repairs.
Oversee planned maintenance and ensure stores consistently meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
Education & Experience
Combination of education and professional experience exceeding 8 years:
Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years managing multi-unit retail operations with direct P&L responsibility.
Retail Operations Experience: Minimum 8 years in retail operations, merchandising, and customer service leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field may substitute for up to 3 years of experience.
Duty-free or travel retail experience preferred; strong knowledge of group procedures and airport retail environments highly desirable.
Core Competencies
Proven ability to manage full P&L responsibility across multiple retail units.

POSITION SCOPE:
We are seeking an OperationsManager to act as the point person for maintaining and supervising all the inbound/outbound merchandise, inventory management, order processingand the maintenance and organization of back of house and supply areas. Additionally, this role will supervise maintenance and cleaning operations. The OperationsManager will oversee a Coordinator and collaborate with Corporate Office to streamline operational logistics and procedures to ensure an elevated customer experience and store ease-of-use.
Inventory Management:
Participate in inventory cycle counting and use active problem solving to investigate discrepancies.
Monitor negative on hand and open transfers.
Monitor, maintain, and follow company policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention to protect the company's inventory and assets.
Maintain accurate vault organization and consistently spot check inventory trays to ensure accuracy of product storage both in the vault and on the floor.
Monitor internal inventory movement via transfers.
Provide support to management and sales staff through quick, accurate stock checks and upon request, provide quick delivery to sales floor.
Ensure timely communication with management and sales team regarding new arrivals and product replenishment.
Monitors the After Sales, Before Sales and product return processes.
Maintenance
Identify store maintenance issues, lighting concerns, cleaning, and security. Work closely with Corporate to report, catalogue, prioritize and resolve areas that impact store structural function and image.
Shipping and Receiving
Ensure merchandise and supply deliveries are accurate, verifying all quantities shipped / received match corresponding documentation for all incoming / outgoing shipments.
Maintain organized shipping area ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged.
Follow company guidelines around shipping to clients and intercompany.
Manage courier relationships to monitor shipments and file claims when necessary.
Packaging and Supplies
Order and manage non-merchandise supplies like stationery and packaging.
Re-stock appropriate levels of packaging supplies within the boutique.
Contacts and manages store supplies like office, cleaning, hospitality and retail.
Order Coordination:
Oversee the Bench Jewelers workflow ensuring prioritization of orders.
Coordinate engraving artwork and execution for in-house engravings.
Efficiently manage order flow by prioritizing urgency of work and pacing longer lead time orders.
Pull pieces for all orders and determine whether studio work (assembly/polishing) is needed.
Confirm product details, quality level and assembly accuracy before processing.
Order Processing:
Work with sales team and process all orders.
Administer quality checklist and validate using brand standards.
Accurately document all inventory movement for orders.
Studio Reporting and Logs:
Log and track customer returns for repair using Repair Tracker.
Monitor and log unfulfilled work orders.
Track orders that cannot be completed because inventory is not present.
Administrative
Complete tasks and projects assigned by Store Management.
Coordinate with the Corporate Operations Office, to manage and supervise all the operations procedures and ensure consistency.
Review operations processes and performance, recommend solutions for improvement as needed for store efficiency.
Assist Store Manager with maintaining budget by managing schedule and making necessary adjustments when the business warrants.
Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits and monitoring petty cash (when applicable).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of high school degree, bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in Retail/ OperationsManagement with at least 2 years in management experience
Mac proficient, advanced excel skills and knowledge of design programs a plus
Outstanding attention to detail, highly organized, reporting skills, interest and demonstrated experience in creating and streamlining processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter and multi-tasker
Can work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays ensuring that the store is always fully operational
Demonstrated ability to navigate through uncertainty and provide clarity in direction to both self and team

OperationsManager Job Description

Position Overview
The Senior Manager of Detection Operations is responsible for the daily execution of the IFCOE's Internal Fraud alert review and referral processes. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare clear and well documented alert summaries and supporting materials for referral to investigations
Maintain accurate case records in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
