* As the Fulfillment Operations Leader, you will:
* Lead and manage warehouse, tooling operations and associated employees, suppliers and contractors

* Develop measurements and monitor performance of warehouses in terms of inventory accuracy, shipment accuracy, and delivery performance
* Work with supplier recovery team to institute repair / return process within warehouses
* Identify and obtain fix for systemic issues for on-going operations
* Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
* Deploy Lean methodology to simplify and improve operation
* Allocate resources, establish and maintain a teamwork environment
* Lead, coach and develop employees to meet/exceed business goals & objectives
