Business: Pharma Solutions Department: Supply Chain The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the coordination of all warehousing activities, as well as directly managing the flow of inventory into and out of the warehouse. Incumbent will provide direct leadership to all warehouse team members, and must effectively collaborate with manufacturing, quality, planning, and finance in order to meet business objectives.
Reporting Structure
Directly reports to Director, Finance
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate cross functionally with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and other Supply Chain functions to ensure materials are available to meet production demands
* Strategically plan and manage logistics, inventory and customer service in the warehouse
* Responsible for the preparation of documentation, maintaining of records, and coordination of logistics for material shipments, including GMP and non-GMP shipments
* Ensures cycle counts are executed timely
* Serve as warehouse representative for all internal and external audits
* Prioritize, schedule, and assign team member tasks based upon production demands
* Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members; actively lead the orientation and training of new employees
* Coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of the warehouse team
* Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring procedures and protocols
* Use ERP system to receive and stock parts, counts, and transfer of inventory to various locations
* Ensure all inventory related documentation is complete, accurate, and recorded correctly, in accordance with GMP requirements
* Ensure that delivered goods are in accordance with domestic and international shipping regulations (ICAO/IATA, 49CFR, IMO)
* Maintain a neat, orderly, well-organized, and safe working environment in accordance with housekeeping and OSHA requirements
Education Requirements
* High School education or equivalent; additional coursework in logistics, business administration, or supply chain principals preferred
Work Experience
* Minimum five (5) years' experience performing warehousing or logistical related activities in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
* Must have formal leadership experience, including direct management of employee related activities
Functional or Technical Skills
* Thorough knowledge of hazardous material and transportation regulations and applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, IATA, DOT, Customs, and OSHA)
* In-depth understanding of warehousing operations, logistics, inventory management and inventory control principals
* Working knowledge of Quality System Processes (CAPA & Change Controls)
* Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP
* Demonstrated ability to influence and successfully coach team members
* Experience developing procedures and other controlled documents
* Must be highly organized and process oriented
* Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks if needed
* Strong interpersonal communication and time management skills
* Thorough understanding of software technologies used in typical warehousing or logistical operation, including Microsoft Office applications

Job Overview
Territory: Lexington, KY and surrounding counties
The Manager Area Distribution I is accountable for the delivery and merchandising of company products to customers within a Market Unit which may include multiple distribution centers. The Manager Area Distribution I provides coaching, teaching, training, and leadership to the Delivery Supervisors to achieve optimal efficiencies while maintaining proper levels of customer service. The Manager Area Distribution I works closely with the Sr. Director of Retail Sales and Area Sales Managers across multiple Retail Sales Areas to ensure programs and initiatives are fully executed. This position will also collaborate with Warehouse Managers to ensure all products are loaded properly for delivery and review check-in and check-out procedures of the delivery organization. The Manager Area Distribution I has a keen sense of safety practices, superior customer service, quality of the product in the field, and development of their respective teams. The annual volume is between 0M and 6.0M cases.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manages Key Business Indicators to measure performance against company goals including the completion of delivering and serving our customers daily. Monitors Operational Expenses and ensures that the teams are achieving budget in all areas on a monthly and yearly basis guided in a direction to achieve our companies goal of consistently generating strong cash flow
* Ensures Internal Control metrics and processes are reviewed and in compliance on a monthly/yearly basis. Monitors the execution of the RED (Right Execution Daily) process to improve the market execution of the Delivery Supervisor team
* Directs, leads, and motivates a team of Delivery Supervisors to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining budgeted staffing levels and customer focus; and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
* Promotes and fosters a safety culture built to ensure safety for all employees within the facility. Participates in monthly safety meetings within the facility. Oversees total compliance with all regulations as it relates to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Ensures service is at its best in the market for customers, provides training and compliance of product rotation and merchandising standards, and ensures execution by the distribution teams
* Leads collaboration with all functions within a facility to ensure that all departments work together to execute all company programs and lead all departments with a One Team concept. Facilitates sharing and learning of best practices within the facility and around the company
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Minimum 7-10 years with CCCI or equivalent in beverage distribution industry
* Minimum 3-5 years of knowledge of CCCI business practices applicable to the role 5-7 years of management experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate initiatives into actions, align all functions, processes and systems for execution, and set performance objectives for team
* Proven experience in change management and ability to communicate strategy and vision
* Ability to create a culture of accountability and at the same time, access talent and build bench strength within their department
* Must be able to exhibit financial acumen as this role is responsible for budgeting and obtaining monthly and yearly financial goals
* Ability to lead by example through Servant Leadership to their teams and others
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and SAP Must be able to lift and merchandise products up to 75 pounds, repeatedly and multiple times a day, and proficiently use material handling units (i.e. hand cart, CooLift, Pallet Jacks)

Job Summary
The Catering and Operations Manager oversees the daily catering operations and supports the retail food service areas of the university café. This role is responsible for executing catering events from planning to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high food safety and service standards. During non-peak catering times, this position supports café operations through duties including staff supervision, inventory control, and ensuring operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Catering Operations (Primary):
Oversee all aspects of university catering operations (internal and external events).
Coordinate event logistics including menu planning, staffing, scheduling, and delivery.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, faculty, and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervise catering staff and temporary event workers; conduct training and coaching as needed.
Ensure all catering activities comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Monitor and manage catering budget, billing, and equipment usage.
Collaborate with kitchen and culinary teams to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Retail & Café Operations (Secondary):
Assist with daily café operations when catering demands are minimal.
Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and service delivery.
Train, supervise, and schedule café front-of-house employees.
Monitor product quality, service times, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
Maintain inventory levels and assist in placing orders for retail items.
Fill in as shift leader or assistant manager during peak hours or staff shortages.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in foodservice operations with at least 1 year in a catering or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficient in using catering/event software and POS systems.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations (ServSafe certified preferred).
Flexibility to work nights/weekends based on event scheduling.

Under direction of the Director of Regulation, this position supports the Federation's Mission to ensure fairness, safety, and equal enforcement of the USEF rules. The Report Intake and Operations Manager's primary responsibility will be fostering a welcoming first impression to our members going through the regulatory process. In addition, this position will ensure the department is meeting standards and expectations established by the company and external stakeholders by conducting quality control, pulling and analyzing data, and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and followed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the intake of all reports of misconduct received into the department.
Serve as the first point of contact with reporting parties to gather relevant information and assess the report.
Evaluate the reports and consult with the Director on jurisdictional determination.
Assign reports to and connect the parties to a Case Manager.
Draft and send correspondence to parties.
Effectively communicate with other staff and departments on rules related to reports.
Complete monthly audits of all open matters to ensure accurate record keeping.
Regularly review relevant department webpages for accuracy.
Review drafts from Case Managers for accuracy.
Run, create and maintain reports related to department matters and summarize the data extracted from the reports.
Manage the review and publication of penalties to the website and Equestrian magazine.
Work with Case Managers and Horse Services Department to facilitate the review of suspension relief requests for horses.
Assist with reviewing and addressing errors related to Warning Cards.
Manage weekly email sent to Affiliate leaders with suspension list and ensure the distribution list is up to date.
Assist the Director, Senior Counsel, or Case Manager, in preparing for hearings. This could include reviewing and assisting with evidence books and exhibit lists and preparing the hearing room.
Assist the Director with the facilitation of hearings, including stepping in as Secretary to the Hearing Committee when necessary.
Answering general questions related to reports/complaints, informal resolutions, rules, suspensions, and bylaws related to the department.
Participates in the development of new policies and procedures to promote consistency and efficiency and reduce risk of further litigation.
Providing assistance to other Case Managers and the Director when necessary.
