The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
* Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Consumer Goods clients

Role Overview:
Veranova is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead all warehousing, material handling, and logistics operations for our New England locations. Core Responsibilities:
Oversee all inbound and outbound material movements, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, sampling, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Manage raw material, packaging, and finished goods warehouses in full compliance with cGMP, GDP, and internal SOPs.
Maintain temperature-controlled and hazardous material storage per regulatory and safety requirements.
Ensure accurate and real-time inventory control using Veranova's ERP system
Supervise and train warehouse staff on GMP documentation, EHS compliance, material handling, and internal processes.
Drive 5S and Lean practices for warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and safety.
Manage logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping, 3PL coordination, and transportation compliance (IATA, DOT, ADR, etc.).
Liaise with planning, production, and quality to align material availability with manufacturing schedules and release timelines.
Coordinate with global and regional logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Ensure all import/export documentation complies with trade compliance and customs regulations (e.g., HTS codes, COA, SDS, MSDS).
Ensure warehouse and logistics operations are audit-ready at all times (FDA, DEA, MHRA, customer audits).
Lead or support investigations related to deviations, OOS, inventory discrepancies, or logistics issues.
Drive CAPA implementation and process improvements to enhance accuracy, throughput, and safety.
Develop and monitor KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory accuracy, warehouse cycle times).
Qualifications:
Required
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics roles within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or CDMO environment.
Prior experience handling controlled substances, hazardous materials, and APIs preferred.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and EHS standards.
Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for international shipments and chemical logistics.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional communication.
Forklift certification, DOT/IATA certification, and Lean Six Sigma knowledge are assets.

* Conducts an annual needs assessment of equipment; school transportation vehicles to be acquired, recommends buses, other required vehicles, and equipment for purchase necessary for maintaining a safe, adequate fleet.
* Schedules and supervises the maintenance and reconditioning of all student transport vehicles so that school-year operation is not interrupted; this includes ordering all necessary replacement parts to ensure that all vehicles are available for use.
* Contracts with private transportation companies, if indicated.
* Maintains records and completes the necessary forms for reporting mileage and student ridership data to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to ensure District eligibility for state reimbursement of transportation costs.
* Supervises and evaluates school bus drivers and transportation staff.
* Maintains attendance records.
* Prepares, approves, and submits payroll to the Business Office.
* Prepares the annual budget for the Transportation Department and submits it to the Director of Business Operations.
* Accept additional responsibilities not inconsistent with the position when assigned by the Superintendent-Director or Director of Business Operations.
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and driving a school bus. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. The position may require frequent in- and out-of-district travel.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
* This is a twelve-month administrative position.
* The nature of this position requires hours beyond the regular school day. The Manager of Transportation will be available before and after school on days school is in session, as well as on evenings and weekends when buses are on the road for athletics or field trips.
* It is expected that the person filling this position will give priority to completing the necessary tasks and set hours accordingly.
* Salary and fringe benefits are established by the Superintendent-Director in accordance with the policies established by the School Committee.
