Supervises and directs the daily workflow within the department. Responsible for operations including technology and automation, staff supervision and training, medication preparation, inventory management, quality assurance/improvement, regulatory compliance, etc. Assists in managing the pharmacy in the absence of the Director of Pharmacy.

GENERAL DUTIES
Pharmacy Operations:
Assists the leader(s) in planning, coordinating, and troubleshooting activities designed to improve the department's operations. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, policies and regulations, and JCAHO standards. Develops new procedures and processes to promote growth, teamwork, and efficiency within the pharmacy department. Fosters relationships with ancillary departments to enhance pharmacy care. Optimizes Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) policies, procedures, and operations. Assists the appropriate stakeholders with maintaining the pharmacy drug formulary and department initiatives. Responds to immediate concerns from hospital administration in the absence of the leader. Maintains the cleanliness of the department. Ensures that all cleaning logs, checklists and inspections are completed per policy and procedure.
Quality and Performance Improvement:
Investigates incident reports (medication errors), analyze data for trends, and report findings to P&T. Develops and implements process improvements (both internally and externally) based on incident report findings. Ensures compliance with National Patient Safety Goals and Joint Commission standards related to medication management. Oversees the narcotic and non-control discrepancy review processes, anesthesia audits, ADC overrides, and electronic diversion monitoring reports. Ensures implementation of new procedures and processes for the pharmacy staff.
Supervision/Staffing of Department Personnel:
Supervises the scheduling, evaluating, and daily activities of the pharmacy personnel. Responsible for conducting performance evaluations. Ensures adequate staffing with the assistance of the other team members, maintaining a workload balance within the pharmacy department. Assists the leaders in FTE budgeting and maintaining adequate pharmacy personnel. Conducts and provides on-going professional staff development via meetings and in-services.
People:
Interviews and selects qualified candidates along with the leaders to ensure appropriate staffing levels. Communicates direction and processes to department staff and mediates disputes when necessary.
Information Systems:
Oversees and supervises the daily operations of the ADCs along with the pharmacy information system team. Works closely with and provides support to the automation team.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Required: 5 years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital; 3 years of experience in a supervisory/lead role.

Drives best-in-class execution of the annual business plan across all OnP distributor routes to market.

GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY
Develops a communication schedule for National On-Premise Account mandates, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), VIP Program updates, and pricing alignment in collaboration with DSD and Vistar teams.
Ensures that Distribution Partners (DPs) establish a tracking system to monitor progress against set targets (DSD).
Leads the internal on-premise foodservice strategy for the region through broker management and distributor stakeholder coordination (BL).
Oversees the planning and execution of local food shows.
BUSINESS PLAN
Provide ongoing feedback to headquarters and regional leadership regarding the performance of regional KPIs.
Develop annual business plans and strategies based on organizational requirements, point-of-sale/resource needs. For Direct Store Delivery (DSD), this includes distribution, volume, investments, consistent communication with ownership and top management, as well as KPIs. For Broadline (BL), this entails sales blitz development and planning for Broadline Distributor key events, such as foodshows, GSMS, and other significant events.
Collaborate during the Monthly Plan and Review (MPR) and Mid-Year Review (MYR) processes with Distributor Partners (DP) to make necessary adjustments and ensure achievement of the annual business plan. Additionally, partner with the Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) and Distributor Partners to develop the annual business plan for Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Vistar.
Identify and capitalize on key customer opportunities to address SKU and distribution gaps, ensuring an optimal assortment is consistently available to local distributors (Broadline).
Lead the identification and acquisition strategy for prioritized incremental foodservice operator targets within the region (Broadline).
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Develops a deep understanding of the responsible market and its characteristics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support the Distribution Partner (DP).
Maintains strong working knowledge of all Red Bull systems and relevant distributor/branch platforms (e.g., The Hub, MSA, CPM, BI).
Analyzes monthly reports to identify significant areas of opportunity for the DP and leverages these insights to help improve market conditions.
Manages and monitors internal budgets effectively.
Conducts volume forecasting and planning for each distributor location, aligning with national volume objectives set by headquarters (HQ).
Implements a thorough routine of auditing and analysis to ensure compliance with the VIP program and maximize return on investment (Direct Store Delivery - DSD).
Holds Distribution Partners accountable for submitting data into the MSA system to ensure accurate and timely information; consistently tracks daily and weekly submissions (DSD/Vistar).

Collaborate with the broader On-Premise Regional team of Managers and Specialists in various geographies to create effective programs, foster relationships, and promote internal collaboration as well as coordination with distributor sales personnel.
Identify opportunities and develop tailored targets for On-Premise department blitzes and sales interactions.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the distributor's internal systems and organizational structure.
Maintain awareness of the distributor's hierarchy and establish relationships across all levels, from top management downward. Be knowledgeable about representatives' and area managers' compensation structures to effectively design programs.
Act as a liaison between the Brand Manager and Account Development Manager (DSD/Vistar).
DISTRIBUTOR TRAINING
Lead team-based training initiatives to develop and support the DP sales team.
Provide individual coaching and development for the DP workforce (e.g., Brand Managers, Account Development Managers, and DP sales force).
Ensure the adoption and usage of WINGTIPS and training tools (DSD/Vistar).
Lead training and onboarding efforts for Region Sales Specialists on RTM methodologies and processes in collaboration with the sales force.
MISCELLANEOUS
Communicates regularly and collaborates effectively with the Business Unit (BU) sales team and marketing department to ensure full alignment of BU goals with Distribution Partners (DP).
Maintains strong relationships with the relevant National On-Premise Franchise groups and regional chains.
Shares and enforces guidelines related to RBNA's inventory policy.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Must have outstanding sales experience and a proven track record in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and/or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), particularly in the foodservice industry (beverage experience preferred), with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience working with distributors, suppliers, and/or broadline distributors is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to teach, develop, and manage distributors effectively.
Cross-functional work experience and change management expertise are considered a plus.
Strong understanding and experience in the On-Premise industry are essential.
An entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and strategic mindset with the ability to take initiative and consult with Distribution Partners (DP) for joint business planning is required.

DIRECTOR, TEST SITE OPERATIONS
The role of the Director, Test Site Operations is responsible for overseeing operations at Rocket Lab's Test Facility on site at NASA Stennis Space Center. You will ultimately own all the test infrastructure and test operations spanning rocket engine development, stage systems development through to routine high-cadence production test operations at the site.

Allied Universal is currently hiring an Operations Manager that is responsible for staffing, scheduling and processing payroll for all Security Professionals within assigned client sites in the Division or Branch for which the Operations Manager is responsible. Maintains regular communications with Security Professionals, resolving issues regarding pay, morale or complaints. Manages overtime by effective scheduling and making timely, qualified hiring decisions. Takes prompt action to when complaints are received regarding employee performance or conduct, administers disciplinary and coaching actions, and initiates and executes routine termination actions. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interviews and hires qualified applicants to fill open post positions in a proactive and timely manner, following company interviewing guidelines. Also regularly evaluates low-performing employees for replacement, upgrade or transfer;
Makes initial/conditional job offers (for new employees) and job transfers (for existing employees) using company forms and procedures, offering rates, schedules and benefits in alignment with post contract requirements. Maintains and publishes weekly Open Post List and actively manages job openings within division/branch;
Creates, modifies and manages post schedules in Winteam to ensure adequate coverage at all times. Ensures schedules are properly maintained in WinTeam and are updated regularly;
Ensures all positions are staffed according to contract requirements and effectively manages branch overtime through proper scheduling and staffing. Maintains a qualified, sufficient pool of rovers for backfill of vacant positions as needed;
Receives weekly time-sheets and updates Winteam schedules as necessary (verify such for self-scheduling accounts). Runs bi-weekly payroll according to company procedures. Ensures records are properly maintained and updated to reduce payroll errors. Resolves payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, and communicate status of such to affected employees, to minimize financial exposure for Company;
Follows all company policies regarding timekeeping procedures, meal and rest period breaks (where applicable), ensuring signatures and acknowledgements are properly documented (where applicable), and conducting weekly audits of timekeeping records to ensure accuracy;
Processes requests for final paychecks, anniversary bonuses and other pay related issues, and execute the distribution of such pay. Reviews “No Hours Report” with branch Human Resource staff on a weekly basis, and disposition employees who are on “active” status with no hours, in accordance with company policies, ensuring no employees remain on “no hours” status beyond 3 weeks;
Maintains high employee morale and low employee turnover through effective and proactive communications and timely problem resolution. Ensures all hiring, counseling, disciplinary and termination procedures are executed in a consistent manner;
Ensures a smooth running operation by enforcing post specific policies and procedures through proper communication and training. May utilize field training staff to assist in executing post-specific training
Maintains a well-organized, clean and effective working area, and ensure all daily, weekly and bi-weekly deadlines are consistently met. Prepares and runs all required reports as directed by managers, reviews such reports in a timely manner with management team, and takes appropriate action as necessary to address any report discrepancies or operational issues
Performs additional projects or tasks as may be directed by managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Identify and capitalize on key customer opportunities to address SKU and distribution gaps, ensuring an optimal assortment is consistently available to local distributors (Broadline).
Lead the identification and acquisition strategy for prioritized incremental foodservice operator targets within the region (Broadline).
* BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Develops a deep understanding of the responsible market and its characteristics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support the Distribution Partner (DP).
Maintains strong working knowledge of all Red Bull systems and relevant distributor/branch platforms (e.g., The Hub, MSA, CPM, BI).

Possess a comprehensive understanding of the distributor's internal systems and organizational structure.
