The Site Operations Manager will oversee all site activities, ensuring efficient operations from procurement through production and delivery. This role is critical for maintaining smooth workflows, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities + Manage inventory goals and coordinate material allocation. + Oversee logistics and support QA/QC functions. + Lead safety and training initiatives. + Develop employees through Lean and coaching programs. + Maintain ERP systems. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field. + Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in biochemical manufacturing. + Minimum 5 years' experience leading management-level staff. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in environments with mechanical parts and chemicals. + Strong reasoning, math, and communication skills. + Proven experience in biochemical manufacturing operations (10+ years preferred). + Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. + Ability to manage procurement, inventory, and logistics effectively. + Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory audit processes. + Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Oracle NetSuite. The work environment is a combination of office and manufacturing floor, with exposure to chemicals and mechanical equipment.
