The Warehouse Manager oversees the direction, coordination, and performance of warehouse operations. This role is responsible for leading warehouse teams, managing third-party logistics support, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure adherence to all safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
+ Manage and develop warehouse supervisors and employees, including hiring, training, performance management, and issue resolution
+ Oversee third-party logistics performance and alignment with operational objectives
+ Develop and refine warehouse processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting cost reduction, service improvement, and compliance
+ Troubleshoot operational challenges to minimize downtime and support business continuity
+ Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including concentrate receipts from Ireland
+ Develop and manage warehouse budget and control expenses, including obsolescence
+ Lead and support daily operations, including training plans, performance feedback, project execution, and communication with internal partners
**Total Rewards:**
+ Targeted annual compensation range of $90,000-$105,000.
+ This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
