Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently delivers Meta's services. Meta is seeking a Manager for the central operations team who will be a key leader in Meta's Data Center energy organization. In this role, you will manage a group of energy coordinators, analysts, and specialists. In close coordination with Meta's Global Energy leadership team, your team will be responsible for providing critical operational and analytical support across the energy team, working seamlessly with cross-functional partners and scaling new systems and processes. Key team functions include the evaluation and engagement in regulatory dockets and utility stakeholder processes at state public utilities commissions or regional transmission organizations; providing industry research; managing the contracting process (including budgeting, administration, and compliance) for utility interconnection agreements, energy supply contracts, and professional service agreements; and tracking and reporting of energy-related expenditures. You will work closely with a cross functional team including members of Meta's energy, legal, site development, finance, accounting, and policy organizations.

Description of Physical Tasks:
Keep all warehouse load areas and grounds clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Pushes/pulls hand truck and loads appropriate Allstate Beverage Company product.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the supervision of all AM warehouse employees to ensure they are performing their assigned duties in an efficient manner.
Possibly cover Night Manager Duties for scheduled vacations and sick days.
Load and unload trucks throughout the shift as sales require.
Require that all possible steps are taken to prevent the loss of product through pilferage, damage, or aging.
Ensure all warehouse employees abide by company policies and procedures.
Ensure all warehouse employees pay close attention to the code beer dates and the delivery trucks are loaded with the oldest product first.
Check and prevent any discrepancies in daily inventory.
Require every Delivery Driver to be counted out correctly and are leaving with the proper product load.
Ensure every Delivery Driver is checked-in immediately upon his return to the warehouse; this includes the counting of all returned product, empties, pallets, and carts.
Check-in customer swaps, damage, breakage, and returns.
Assign the rework tasks to ensure all breakage saleable product is returned to stock prior to the start of the truck loading process.
Require a count of the actual cases of product received against the quantity on the bill of lading.
Rotate product within the warehouse to make sure the oldest product is loaded for delivery first.
Forward to the office in a timely manner all paperwork that pertains to incoming product.
Record on the bill of lading(s) the code dates for all products that are received.

Qualifications
Talent Requirements:
* Must have a valid Class B CDL with B and P endorsements and meet all driver requirements.
* At least five (5) years in public transportation operations or related experience with a minimum of 2 years supervisory or management level experience.
* Qualification to oversee all drivers and supervisors, run operations during peak periods and handle safety and customer service training.
* Knowledge of the contractual obligations is a must to perform this job correctly.
* Knowledge of company policy assures that the field operator is using consistent measures to assess a drivers' activity.
* Experience managing fast paced environment.

What You'll Do
As QSR OperationsManager, you'll take full ownership of the restaurant's success, driving key initiatives and day-to-day operations for Wildchild Taco and Little Darling Burger Co., while leading a dynamic team and bringing our brands to life every single day.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Supervisors, Crew Members, and Shift Leaders.
Drive excellence in food quality, service, and sanitation standards - every plate, every shift.
Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.
Partner with the Director of Operations, LRG OperationsManager and Executive Chef to execute culinary vision and ensure consistency across both brands.
Recruit, train, and inspire team members - building a culture rooted in accountability, positivity, and growth.
Jump in where needed - whether on register, expo, or the line - to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Represent the Lucy's brand with pride in the Auburn community - building relationships and championing our local partnerships.
What You Bring
2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, fast casual, or high-volume food service
Strong operational knowledge (labor management, scheduling, inventory, food safety, cost control)
Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams
High energy, integrity, and a genuine passion for hospitality
Excellent communication and organizational skills
ServSafe certification preferred
Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management degree a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:
