As the Fleet/WarehouseManager you will:
Oversee and manage preventative maintenance schedules for company vehicles.
Maintain accurate fleet records, including registrations, inspections, and insurance.
Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.
Monitor fleet usage, fuel usage, and service history to improve operations.
Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate stock of tools, materials, and equipment.

Our client, a very well-established, global, publicly traded Production and Distribution Company is currently seeking a Senior WarehouseManager to be part of their core strategic management team in Little Rock, AR.
This is a 1st shift position, 5 days a week, with over 24 direct reports (Pickers, Stockers, Shipping/ Receiving).
Responsibilities:
Lead internal warehousing and external distribution center operations.
Oversee receiving, raw material staging, inventory control, and line-side delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, staging, and outbound logistics.
Lead & develop the team of warehouse employees (approx. 24).
Implement and sustain best practices for warehouse layout, 5S, FIFO flow, and inventory accuracy

Overview

Responsibilities
Including but not limited to (Other duties as assigned):
Work from general instructions and specifications.
Responsible for product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Ensure that established procedures for tracking purchase orders, requisitions, receiving dockets and perpetual inventor are maintained; report any deviation to the Kitchen Manager, AGM and General Manager.
Maintain and manage sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Willing and available to assist with event operations as directed by the Management.
Maintain warehouse inventory and ensure system controls of warehouse inventory at all times
Responsible for ensuring that purchase order system is adhered to for all orders received at each warehouse; verify proper specification, size, quantity, etc. of goods received; supervise proper labeling, dating and stocking of supplies.
Maintain Safety Data Sheets for all products and properly organized and available to all personnel.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Conduct walk through of the warehouse, and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.

Lead internal warehousing and external distribution center operations.
Oversee receiving, raw material staging, inventory control, and line-side delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, staging, and outbound logistics.
Lead & develop the team of warehouse employees (approx. 24).
Implement and sustain best practices for warehouse layout, 5S, FIFO flow, and inventory accuracy
