POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of events at the complex. This position provides direction, training and development opportunities to front-line managers and part-time staff during events. The Operations Manager will work closely with outside event owners, other department leaders in order to successfully accomplish these responsibilities. WORK SCHEDULE Overnight/Early Morning Hours - Full Time This exempt position concentrates efforts in the training, evaluation and supervision of the distribution services staff at a specific Distribution Center location(s). Maintaining the appropriate application of company policies and procedures to ensure customer service and financial goals and objectives are met and/or exceeded is a primary area of responsibility.
