Key Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, hire, and train future Team Members promoting the Evermore brand, guiding principles, and service delivery culture. Manage, approve Team Member timecards, payroll, and time-off requests. Prepare work schedules to meet resort demands and occupancy levels. Direct and manage all resort transportation challenges, including route changes, operating hours, and guest incidents & claims. Planning of resort fleet needs and SOP's.
