The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:
+ Engage with client executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
+ Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
+ Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions
+ Advise, design and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging a SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
+ Lead small teams - helping them achieve transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within Accenture
+ Become a trusted expert and advisor to your clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise
+ Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices and develop the next level of transformation experts
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Consumer Goods clients
+ Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area
+ Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. • Safely maintain facility in accordance with company and governmental standards.
• Ensure that warehousing procedures offer the cost-effective solutions that drive profitability.
• Must facilitate communication with the quality assurance personnel regarding the ingredients, lot numbers, and any issues regarding existing stock.
• Must stand in as department leader in the absence of the WarehouseManager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform their duties satisfactorily. The following list is representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
• 2-3 years of Leadership experience. Preferably in high-volume warehousing.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment, also SQF or AIB audits.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, work instructions, and inter-company memos/outside correspondence professionally.
• Management of warehouse staff (including hiring, training, developing, motivating, and resolving associate issues).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• 5S/Lean experience a plus.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing. Complete working knowledge of the manufacturing process, typically resulting from a minimum of five years' experience in related jobs. Experience in the Food industry preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Position Summary:
SolomonEdwards is looking for a Mortgage Fulfillment Manager for one of its mortgage clients to act as a key contributor in workflow management, new initiatives, process development, and culture building. As the Mortgage Fulfillment Manager, you will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements, and/or actively seek methods to streamline business processes and manage and set goals for a team.

Essential Duties:
- Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues, and work toward business solutions.
- Develop new and more innovative, efficient processes to improve overall end-to-end cycle times or improve quality.
- Support, recommend, and implement technology initiatives.
- Be responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectives.
- Act as the main point of escalation for all issues within the function.
- Perform capacity and staff planning to ensure adequate service levels are met.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Mortgage experience is a plus.
Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).
Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $24 - 28.

Role Summary:
The Senior Inventory Manager oversees day‑to‑day inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient material flow across receiving, production, quality, and shipping. This role supports production planning, partners closely with Finance, and leads the team responsible for maintaining inventory integrity in SAP Business One and LISA.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory control processes, procedures, and personnel.
Oversee receiving, quality workflows, production material movement, BOM accuracy, shrink investigations, and shipping transactions.
Work closely with our finance team to ensure proper controls, accounting, and audits.
Maintain and optimize SAP Business One and LISA inventory functions.
Develop and deliver training programs for all staff interacting with inventory.
Lead cycle counts, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in managing inventory control systems, processes, procedures, and personnel including inventory warehouse transfers and controls.
Proficiency with warehousemanagement systems (WMS) particularly SAP Business One and LISA
Strong understanding of receiving, quality processes, production flow, BOMs, shrink, and shipping.
Experience with designing and implementing training programs for all personnel that touch inventory.

Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial calibration and repair laboratory, to meet and exceed customer requirements and company objectives. Responsibilities include technical operations, customer service, shipping & receiving, quality representatives, and drivers. Act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments and may guide the activities of other employees. Responsibilities and Duties
1. Serve as a leader and set an example of embodying the principles of SIMCO's Mission in Service.
2. Manage laboratory operations to budgeted financial objectives with Profit and Loss(P&L) responsibilities.
3. Manage and control key variable expense accounts, technical and administrative staff.
4. Maintain appropriate levels of accreditation and scope as defined by management; enhancement and expansion of the laboratory scope of accreditation (UKAS, KEMA, ISO/IEC 17025 Quality System).
5. Instill operational process efficiency to reduce costs and provide technical support for sales and operational efforts.
6. Manage service performance of the laboratory to corporate objectives and assist technical staff in the analysis and resolution of complex problems commonly found in TMDE.
7. Manage the laboratory assets to maximize the utilization and leverage of assets. Ascertain lab capabilities and increase where relevant.
8. Support the Regional Director/VP in key initiatives and projects.
9. Recommendation for asset acquisition with appropriate justification.
Qualifications
1. Experience managing a technical service group at a company in a relevant or comparable
industry.
2. At least 10 years experience in the Calibration and Repair industry with formal
experience in Physical Dimensional, RF/Microwave and general test equipment
calibration. A formal PMEL or equivalent technical training is highly desirable.
3. At least 4 years experience as a supervisor/manager.
4. At least 2 years of proven P&L management experience and lab budget creation.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Knowledge of MS Office applications.
7. Ability to manage and motivate employees.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift to 45 lbs. without assistance. Occasional standing and bending are
required.
Working Environment
Work primarily in a laboratory or manufacturing environment at a SIMCO location and
or customer sites. Travel may be required to other domestic and possibly international
locations.
