ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Mentor, coach Field Operations Support Managers.
Develop selected locations to meet company standards for certification as training centers; conduct validation visits and provide ongoing coaching to ensure compliance and excellence.
Conduct field audits to assess and ensure operational excellence, while supporting teams in meeting revenue targets and driving sales performance.
Motivate team members through coaching and engagement strategies to foster a productive and goal-driven work environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support training initiatives.
Develop instructional outlines and utilize appropriate teaching methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and meetings where needed.
Provide feedback to employees and managers to support ongoing development.
Support special projects and ongoing operational needs as assigned.
Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays to support business needs.
Extensive regional travel is required.
Office-Based Support
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for all operational company processes.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS: The Senior Field Operations Support Manager should have a strong background in hospitality or training with exceptional communication and presentation skills. The Senior Field Operations Support Manager must have background in mentoring, coaching, developing and leading. They must be capable of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines and demonstrate both an outgoing personality and a disciplined work ethic. Manager experience required and multi-until manager experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma. Two to three years in hospitality, training, or a managerial role. Proven experience in implementing training programs for frontline and/or management staff. Experience with performance coaching, leadership development, and hospitality service standards is highly valuable.

Job Description:
This role reports to the Facility Manager at Rialto. The Operations Manager has responsibility for managing aspects of the site, including safety, environmental, financial, HR, administration, legal, engineering, operations, maintenance, and project management. The Operations Manager will lead, manage, and coach a team of operations and plant support employees at the site. The Operations Manager, under the direction of the Facility Manager, has responsibility for establishing and maintaining world-class safety and environmental standards for the site while driving a strong culture of operational discipline. The Operations Manager has the responsibility to support the Facility Manager in meeting financial, operational, and performance goals for the facility and manage contractual matters for the site. Job Description:
This role reports to the Facility Manager at Rialto. The Operations Manager has responsibility for managing aspects of the site, including safety, environmental, financial, HR, administration, legal, engineering, operations, maintenance, and project management. The Operations Manager will lead, manage, and coach a team of operations and plant support employees at the site. The Operations Manager, under the direction of the Facility Manager, has responsibility for establishing and maintaining world-class safety and environmental standards for the site while driving a strong culture of operational discipline. The Operations Manager has the responsibility to support the Facility Manager in meeting financial, operational, and performance goals for the facility and manage contractual matters for the site. The Operations Manager will develop, review, and implement procedures that improve operational efficiencies and increase revenues by using "Best Practices" while maintaining a high safety standard and compliance with all regulatory requirements. We're seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor who understands this is a hands-on position. It requires the ability to work until the job is completed daily. Physical requirements include walking, stooping, lifting to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
As the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will:
🌱Work Sunday through Thursday, with weekends and holidays as needed.🌱Sunday hours: 8 am to 5 pm 🌱Monday - Thursday hours: 9 am to 6 pm What you'll do
Positively promote and support the Fullscript values and mission
Ensure that the department is maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Oversee all daily warehouse functions, including receiving, picking/packing, shipping, inventory control, quality control, facilities, and workplace safety.
Ensure work areas are safe and employees follow proper work procedures and protocols. Administering corrective action when guidelines are not followed, while offering encouragement when individuals and teams perform at a high level.
Responsible for creating and maintaining daily work schedules (scheduling overtime, ending work shifts early if work volume dictates, etc.) to ensure business needs are met
Maintain time and attendance data within the company's timekeeping system. This includes editing employee punches when necessary and tracking attendance occurrences (late arrivals, unexcused absences, etc).
Lead the new hire/onboarding/training process.
Constantly look for new and innovative ways to increase the effectiveness of labor and system resources.
Act as a Leader within the department and organization.
Motivate staff and encourage the growth of our team.
Work cohesively with other department team members to ensure all objectives are met.
Serve as a Sanitation Supervisor, ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and secure at all times
Performs other duties as assigned
What you bring to the table:
3+ years of experience within the field of Warehousing & Logistics1+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams of 20+ (including hiring, training, and off-boarding)
HS Diploma required, secondary education degree desired
Previous experience in food warehouse housekeeping, sanitation, and pest control procedures.
Advanced experience with WMS and/or ERP systems in a warehouse environment
Proven track record of generating effective ideas and successfully implementing them
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a clear aptitude for public speaking
Ability to make difficult decisions, solve problems, prioritize, generate and utilize reports, and manage projects
Ability to work and communicate effectively with various team members, suppliers, and cross-functional departments; track record of solving cross-departmental problems with lasting solutions
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work an appropriate full-time shift, including overtime when necessary; this includes a track record of going above and beyond when business volume dictates

What you will be doing:
Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center
Supervises staff and directs work as they execute activities related to order fulfillment, order management, inventory management, stocking, material handling, equipment usage, and related needs
Prepares work schedules and reacts quickly and effectively regarding unexpected labor needs
Manages labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping system
Interviews and trains prospective and new team members
Supervises business support staff development including appraising performance, rewarding employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Ensures team understands and works toward performance goals
Recommends process improvements within the warehouse or distribution center
Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels
Ensures compliance to all company and customer policies and procedures including safety
Schedules work for special and periodic inventories
Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and ISO9002 procedures
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of team.
Prepares reports for leadership
Assists in maintaining the physical properties of the warehouse
Submits weekly, monthly and other special services billing to customer services representatives
Supervises employees in distribution center operation in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Other duties as required and assigned
*For food accounts, incumbent is responsible to report food safety problems to senior management to initiate action
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
Minimum 3 to 5 years related warehouse and/or distribution center experience
1 year of supervisory experience preferred
Experience with warehouse equipment
Experience with warehouse management systems
Experience with labor management systems
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
