* Directs activities of bulk unloaders.
* Cross trained in all roles in order to act as a back-up to fill in for Shipping and Receiving Lead, S&R Coordinator and Forklift Operators as needed.
* Hire, train, supervise, motivate, develop, and provide feedback to employee owners.
* Ensure employee owners understand their departmental priorities and goals; ensure the department is staffed to match priorities while also optimizing departmental efficiencies.
* Ensure a positive work environment in alignment with Trinidad/Benham Corp. values, corporate policies and procedures.
* Resolve employee issues in coordination with HR Manager by utilizing progressive coaching and development techniques.
