The Role:
A member of the Global Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance team, focused on safety operations including but not limited to collection of safety information from various sources, SAE reconciliation, quality control of safety data entry, and compliance of individual case safety reports (ICSRs) to regulatory authorities and business partners.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the successful and timely case intake of safety reports and case processing.
Perform both real-time and retrospective quality control of safety case data entry to ensure quality and compliance with the data entry conventions and MedDRA/WHO DD coding conventions.
Effectively manage the daily safety case workload to ensure compliance with regulatory submissions and internal timelines including, but not limited to:
Monitoring the workflow status of safety cases and/or the pending regulatory submissions of ICSRs.
Communicating to safety vendor, safety physicians, and/or submission stakeholders as needed
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and/or provide guidance on questions concerning Safety Operations based on, not only company conventions, but also ICH and regulatory guidance as well as best PV practices.
Ensure the reporting destinations are correctly populated for each safety case and approve a regulatory report for all destinations in the safety database as applicable and proactively identify/resolve issues potentially leading to late reports.
Perform and/or support regular trending and analysis quality data and compliance metrics to identify potential issues and propose long-term strategies for quality improvement or issue resolution.
Review and provide input on behalf of Safety Operations on individual study-specific documents including but, but not limited to, Safety Operational Management Plan, SAE Reconciliation Plan, Data Validation Plan, and Safety Reporting Form Specifications Document.
Perform and/or oversee individual study-specific set-up and maintenance activities like Sponsor eCRF acceptance testing, SAE Reconciliation activities, back-up Safety Reporting Form creation, and supporting the generation of automated line listing reports
Analyze and provide reason(s) for late submission/distribution of safety reports, as applicable
Perform and/or support the timely documentation, monitoring and closure of all owned Quality Events (Deviation, Change Control and/or Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPAs)).
Develop or update Standard Operating Procedures, Working Instructions, and training materials concerning safety case processing and operations.
Support GVP audit/inspection readiness initiatives and, in the event of an audit/inspection, support the preparation, execution, and responses to audit/inspection.
Lead or participate in Genmab initiatives and projects on Safety Operations behalf
Other activities, as needed or as requested by supervisor.
Requirements
Drug Safety professional with minimum 5 years of experience within drug safety and PV inclusive of case quality control and regulatory submissions of ICSRs worldwide.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in science.
Strong knowledge of ICH E2B(R2) and (R3) specifications and entry guidance.
Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance reporting rules and timelines.
Ability to interpret health and medical records such as adverse event reporting forms, a discharge summary, etc.
Experience with clinical and/or post-marketing case processing, including MedDRA and WHO DD coding and narrative writing.
Experience with safety database; Argus is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience with EDC for clinical trial data collection.
Analytic and strategic thinking.

What you'll be doing:
The Delivery Operations Supervisor will lead the team in ensuring the timely and complete delivery of all orders. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and planning strategies to meet the operation's daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
You will work closely with senior management in the pursuit of operational excellence and the facility's all-around success including achieving performance goals related to productivity, accuracy, and budget. You will make recommendations and improvements to department processes and procedures, participate in the hiring, training and coaching of associates and use operational reports to evaluate department performance and ensure expectations are met.

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of transportation experience
Must have a valid drivers' license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the company and at all times remain eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations
Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen to the extent legally permissible
Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role
An ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand
Must be at least 21 years of age

THE ROLE
Using discretion and judgment, the Manager- Distribution Oversight leads the Distribution Oversight team as the delegated Registered Supervisory Principal for electronic communications and hardcopy oversight. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop strategic initiatives to help support Distribution in the efforts by working with senior leadership and Compliance to help achieve success.
Acts as the supervisory principal reviewing electronic communications of Global Distribution employees and/or departments, including department heads, with respect to all current FINRA, SEC and other pertinent regulatory requirements including MFS guidelines and procedures. Allocates and manages assignments of their employees' determining skills needed to review in each channel and region. Protects highly confidential nature of such communications.
As the delegated Supervisory Principal for the team, reviews escalated concerns from the team that may be potential regulatory compliance concerns. Determines whether further action and/or escalation is necessary. Analyzes history and collects other sources of information pertinent to the potential concerns, including conducting further investigation and by discussion with the first line supervisor. Identifies and escalates potential issues to the Director of Risk and Regulatory, Compliance and/or assigned business areas as needed. Recommends next course of action to be taken on issue. As potential policy or guideline violations are uncovered, recommends next course of action to be taken on issue, including recommendations for training, clarity of guidelines or policies where greater understanding is needed.
Leads the Global Relay Electronic Communication Governance Group to help validate and confirm that the electronic monitoring program is working effectively for Global Distribution and MFD. Meets with Compliance on a quarterly basis to discuss topics related to the program and make decisions on how monitoring can be enhanced. Also, develops policies and procedures for selecting messages for review based on approved criteria such as keyword searched and random sampling in conjunction with Compliance.
Meets regularly with the distribution supervisors to discuss the supervisory report insights on and responds to any questions they may have.
Monitors and provides guidance as necessary related to electronic communications against applicable guidelines for potential business practice issues or regulatory concerns. Analyzes history and other sources of information of potential issues. Performs further investigation and obtains additional detailed research by discussing and questioning the source(s) of the communication.
Maintains a full understanding of all MFS policies and how they apply to global distribution sales practices, electronic communications and other potential conduct issues identified through, procedures, and guidelines relevant to the subject matter. Regularly meets with members of the Compliance Department to discuss policies and procedures and their potential impact (positively or negatively) on Global Distribution.
Keeps current with all changes in both internal and industry regulations, guidelines, policies and issues impacting the content, use and distribution of electronic communications.
Possesses strong and current working knowledge of each distribution unit and their specific business needs both internally and in the industry. Builds relationships and communicates directly with department supervisors of distribution areas, as well as senior members of Distribution Solutions and/or Compliance.
Takes ownership with the development of policies and procedures for the Communication Oversight Team. Examines department workflows and makes changes on ways to increase efficiency while maintaining internal controls.
Oversees projects to ensure effective and efficient integration of department and corporate initiatives with new or existing workflows/processes to ensure applicable goals are met within regulatory, internal and other framework. Provides information planning, establishes project level scope, priorities and timelines.
Oversees the development and delivery of reporting. Acts in a strategic capacity to enhance insights for the distribution supervisors and the internal operational reporting for the Risk and Regulatory team.
Monitors and provides guidance to direct reports' responses to requests for information regarding electronic communications in conjunctions with Compliance and the distribution of reports to demonstrate compliance with electronic communication review requirements and highlights trends in content reviewed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 6-8+ years of industry experience. Electronic and/or advertising review experience preferred.
Managerial people leadership experience preferred.
Position requires FINRA Series 7 and 24 registrations in accordance with MFS' licensing policy and knowledge of applicable FINRA guidelines required.

Base Salary Range: $95,500.00 - $137,500.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

Job Summary
