Critical Job Functions
Product Sourcing & Planning
Research and identify new snacks, beverages, and supplies for vending operations
Collaborate with Microkitchens Manager on menu planning and product selection
Secure competitive pricing for all food, beverages, and operational supplies
Supplier Relations
Serve as primary contact with distributors, brokers, and suppliers
Maintain consistent ordering schedules and reliable volume forecasts
Ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing from suppliers
Inventory Management
Generate and process all purchase orders
Receive shipments and verify delivery accuracy
Maintain organized warehouse storage following food safety protocols
Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts
Set inventory par levels and forecast ordering volumes
Order Fulfillment
Process site requisitions and prepare deliveries
Monitor budget compliance for all site allocations
Build and palletize deliveries using safe food handling practices
Data & Financial Processing
Process invoices for payment approval
Maintain inventory management database
Generate monthly consumption reports for all locations
Qualifications
Experience
1-2 years in purchasing, ordering, or inventory management
1-2 years in hospitality or related customer service role
2-3 years of progressive professional responsibility managing comparable budgets

Receiving: Ensure all product(s) are properly checked in and any mispicks are reported and credit received.
Ensure invoices are entered in a timely manner (Depending upon structure may have A/P clerk to enter invoices, in that case ensuring invoices are delivered promptly for entry).
Follow up with vendors on statements and outstanding accounts.
Ensure product received is good quality, and anything not within standard is not received and sent back with vendor.

What you will be doing:
Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center
Supervises staff and directs work as they execute activities related to order fulfillment, order management, inventory management, stocking, material handling, equipment usage, and related needs

Manages labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping system
Interviews and trains prospective and new team members
