Additional duties as assigned Position Details Greensboro, NC (onsite 5 days a week) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in a logistics and/or supply chain environment 5+ years experience in logistics (shipping and receiving) or related industries 5+ years successfully leading a warehouse with greater than 50 associates 3+ years successfully leading a 250,000+ sq. ft. warehouse facility Previous experience utilizing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle and/or JD Edwards) No immigration sponsorship available for this position Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business or a related field SAP experience in a warehouse environment Previous leadership and/or training experience Knowledge of ISO or other quality management systems Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma systems Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, WHMIS and TDG systems Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records Strong customer service, organizational and administrative skills Excellent interpersonal, communication skill (written and verbal) and problem solving skills Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $117,200.00 - $175,800.00.
