The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting CMT clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for CMT clients
+ Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area
+ Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of warehouseoperations including shipping schedules, loading operations and material handling activities (processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment). Responsibilities:
Distribution, Transportation & Warehousing:
Assisting in designing and managing optimal space and storage plan for existing and new warehouse facilities.
Maintain warehousing and distribution center contacts.
Participate in innovative warehousing and distribution programs and processes.
Inbound and outbound transportation management from/to production and distribution facilities.
Assist to develop warehouse and distribution center team.
Coordination of product deployment from internal or 3rd party manufacturing locations to distribution centers in accordance with overall planning strategies
Work cross-functionally to supply offerings such as factory direct, modular pallets, and customer pickup shipments. Using transportation expenses as a guide, recommend the process for customer returns and sample order shipments.

Prepare schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and optimize warehouse space.
Develop, communicate, and monitor work schedules and policies/procedures.

Inventory & Production Planning
Participate in inventory strategy development and execute inventory planning process and analysis.
Ensure inventory accuracy to include proper age rotation and date code integrity.
Ensure that systems and procedures are in place and executed to enable full trace of all production in the case of a food safety or other product recall. This includes product residing in third party warehouses, contract manufacturers or co-packers.
Review sales and finished goods inventory data in partnership with sales, operations, or customer service team members to adjust plans as needed to respond effectively to unexpected sales trends and/or inventory balances.
Facilitate production planning tools and processes and assist scheduler with execution and decision making as needed.
Participate in sales forecasting process.
Monitor product age ensuring product freshness.Communicate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance on age issues or concerns.
Ensure ERP system master data management, integrity, and maintenance for assigned area.
Qualifications:
3+ years hands-on experience in a food industry or related manufacturing facility.
Track record of successfully selecting, planning, and implementing new 3rd party vendor (warehouse, transportation, etc.) Experience starting up new internal warehousing including design, planning and execution while meeting service, quality, and cost requirements.
Knowledge of food packaging principles, food industry quality and food safety requirements, and new product scale up dynamics.

Job Summary
In this full-time role, you will be a key member of the St. Vincent de Paul's Processing Center team, which is tasked with ensuring timely and efficient support for SVdP retail stores and community programs. Fundamental duties include supervising and developing staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, managing the truck fleet and delivery operations, ensuring compliance with DOT and safety standards, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality handling of all merchandise and donated items. This is an essential position that allows us to contribute to the many services SVdP provides!
What You'll Do
Operations & Inventory Management
Oversee merchandise flow through the Processing Center, including sorting, shipping and transfers to retail stores.
Maintain accurate weekly inventory of all warehouses, supplies and truck fleet records
Ensure product quality, timely fulfillment of store requests and apply problem-solving when stock quality/quantity fluctuates
Support interdepartmental logistics and delivery of products and supplies to all SVdP facilities
Assist in loading/unloading incoming and outgoing product as needed
Maintain organization, cleanliness and safety of all warehouses, loading areas and vehicles
Trucking & Fleet Management
Supervise and coordinate all trucking operations, including home pickups, deliveries, drop box pickups and store runs
Operate larger commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in accordance with Class A CDL requirements, including defensive driving, vehicle inspections and adherence to DOT regulations
Ensure compliance with DOT inspections, driver logs, hours-of-service rules, insurance requirements and driver record monitoring
Oversee fueling, maintenance and inspection of all fleet vehicles
Determine the resale-ability of donated items and decline items graciously or determine if recycle or waste when necessary
Ensure donors and customers are treated courteously and donated items are handled with care
Supervision & Staff Development
Train, supervise, and coach Shipping & Receiving and Trucking staff, forklift drivers, balers, unloaders and drivers
Assign daily work tasks, monitor staff performance and enforce company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate employee timekeeping, approve payroll data and manage attendance and leave records (PTO, Sick, FMLA, etc.)
Promote teamwork, morale and professionalism through regular feedback and coaching
Conduct performance reviews, lead staff meetings and recommend hiring or disciplinary actions as needed
Safety & Facility Management
Enforce and model all safety standards, ensuring a culture of prevention and accountability
Perform and document daily and weekly maintenance and safety checks for warehouses, trucks, and equipment
Report facility maintenance issues and coordinate with appropriate personnel for repairs
Ensure compliance with state/local building, fire, and safety codes
Administrative & Organizational Support
Monitor departmental expenses and productivity to align with budget and organizational performance goals
Attend management meetings and communicate departmental updates to leadership
Keep directors and managers informed of safety concerns, problems, supplies needed, and whatever is essential to the smooth running and safety of the organization's operations

Represent SVdP with professionalism, integrity and adherence to Vincentian values in all community interactions

Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' supervisory or management in a warehouse environment with fleet experience.
Demonstrated experience overseeing shipping/receiving, trucking or warehouse teams.
Proven ability to implement safety and compliance programs (OSHA, DOT, or equivalent)
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with good driving record; must be insurable under SVdP insurance provider. OR must obtain CDL within three months of hire. The organization may cover costs for CDL training and testing with prior approval. Support may require a payment agreement if the employee resigns voluntarily or is terminated for cause within a set period. CDL assistance is discretionary and does not guarantee continued employment.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet safety, interstate driving rules, and preventive maintenance.
Forklift certification through company-provided training program
Availability for varied shifts (including early morning, late evening, weekends).
Capable of making accurate judgments of acceptable items for resale-based donation acceptance list, quality control information received during training or current needs of the stores
Demonstrate the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures, ranges of ability, ethnicities, and races. OR is willing to communicate and interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultures, varying abilities, ethnicities, and races.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse, processing, or transportation operations
Experience in managing Class A CDL drivers and maintaining DOT compliance documentation
Prior nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, or logistics software)
Experience in continuous improvement or lean process methods (5S, Kaizen, or similar)

Warehouse operations manager job in Hudson, WI
Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report on-site on a full-time basis. The Role * This is a 2nd shift position* Assists in ensuring success of departmental function in a warehouse processing center or distribution center, to provide accurate and timely shipments to customers. Leads and solves problems within the limits of general standards and practices, with some direct guidance from General Supervisor. Position may also include supervising a small team of union-represented employees.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
* Demonstrates expertise in knowledge of the processes required to perform, and ensures they are effectively performing job responsibilities utilizing standardized methods
* Motivates direct reports and/or business partners through effective communication, training, coaching, development, and recognition
* Identifies opportunities for improvement using tools such as layered audits
* Achieves Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost key performance indicators
* Cultivates a safety culture, and implements and enforces workplace safety rules and policies
* Implements GMS and lean principles
* Models GM's cultural behaviors and always demonstrates the highest level of integrity
* Maintains good working relationships and communicates with employees, union representatives, and management team
* May evaluate team performance, and promotes continuous improvement
* Achieves quality standards by communicating goals and leveraging resources to solve problems
* Understands and consistently administers company policies
* May completes administrative tasks such as timekeeping, and maintain departmental records and reports
* Performs all other duties as assigned
* Trains, develops and evaluates employee.
* Keeps abreast of parts distribution center/materials
Supervision and Leadership:
* Oversee and guide department operations.
* Lead, train, and evaluate a team of union team members.
* Foster a positive and collaborative environment between peers and union partners.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd as determined by business needs
* Must be willing to work overtime (including weekends as needed).
* Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze data.
* Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
* Previous supervisory experience in a union environment
* 3-5 years' experience supervising employees in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment

Job Description
AlphaGraphics- Madison seeks a highly-motivated individual to manage our bindery and back-end operations. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task and adjust to constantly shifting priorities. Print production and/or bindery experience required.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Management of all bindery operations which includes: operation of Polar cutter, Morgana creaser, Stahl folder, and coil binding equipment, and all other functions of product finishing.
Management of all product fulfillment which includes: final project check and quality control, packing and labelling of jobs, and shipping.
Management of part-time bindery assistants and deliveries
All paper and bindery supplies ordering, and maintenance of paper stock profiles in billing system
Additional Responsibilities:
Candidates must be willing to cross-train in other areas of operation including bulk mail processing and large format
All employees must be engaged in a customers-first customer service role
Delivery support in Company Van
UPS fulfillment and management
General Requirements:
Must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy paper and print projects
Must have high energy to maintain fast-paced backend operation
Must be a positive team player willing to engage in all areas of our Operation
Must be passionate about Customer Service
Must be responsible and accountable
