At Coram, we believe that Warehouse Reps are a part of maintaining organization in our branches, therefore creating a positive experience for our patients. In this dynamic role, you will assist with the picking/packing, shipping/receiving, and inventory of medical products.
You will…

* Ensure proper rotation and maintenance of inventory.
* Life medical supplies weighing at least 25 pounds at a time
* Be a backup the purchasing coordinator and assist with the purchasing of medical supplies and equipment. Help with inventory control measures including receiving, stocking and record keeping of product.
* Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
* Guide communication between patients and the specialty pharmacy team.
* Pick and pull medical supplies and equipment for patient orders, in preparation for shipment and delivery of product to a patient's home.
* Work with UPS, Federal Express and couriers to ensure pick-up and delivery of shipments.
* Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and pay close attention to detail.

Typical working hours for this position are 11:00-7:30 pm, 11:30-8:00 pm, or 12:00-8:30 Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts. Overtime and on call rotation generally every 5 to 6 weeks.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

* Arranging incoming deliveries in designated storage areas
* Performing warehouse duties using pallet jacks, cherry pickers and forklifts
* Inspecting inventory for damage, flaws, and irregularities
* Packaging / picking the inventory for delivery
* Transporting the packed items to the delivery trucks
* Delivery of inventory to network of technical service centers and retail locations
* Must be able to become forklift certified
* Adhering to state health and safety practices
* Prior warehouse or driving experience preferred, but not required
* Knowledge of warehousing procedures an advantage
* Strong attention to detail
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work in a loud environment
* Ability to stand up or drive for up to 8 hours a day
* Maintains an adequate supply of CPE and other material for issue. Orders materials based on determined material min/max order points to ensure proper inventory stock. Prepares and issues CPE on a daily basis to comply with installation requirements. Collects CPE, system equipment and other supplies.
* Conducts regular equipment inventory counts and generates and submits appropriate reports.
* Prepares inventory material requisitions in the inventory management system using web-based reports and systems.
* Accurately inputs CPE and inventory transactions into appropriate databases, spreadsheets, billing systems and/or information management systems.
* Processes repair orders for CPE and other electronics for shipment/receipts from vendors and maintains the appropriate logs for the same.
* Handles shipping and receiving responsibilities such as packing and preparing items for shipment, loading and unloading trucks and inspecting and documenting received materials.
* Performs exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
