Warehouse Associate Job Description
Receives goods and logs them into the system. Prepares goods and products for shipment and logs them into the system. Keeps accurate records of all transactions.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
Receives materials and supplies into the warehouse. Visually examines for damage or shortage before entering into inventory or storage area. Maintains the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and production area. Stripes and respools wire to meet customer specific requirements. Uses the inventory control system to track the status of goods and materials. Prepares products and goods for shipment. Assures proper packaging to avoid damage. Prepares associated paperwork including shipping labels, invoice and instructions. Uses the inventory control system to track the status of goods and materials. Other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifying Experience:
Observes loading of pallets to determine conformance to loading patterns and to prevent shifting or damage to medical and surgical supplies during transit.Verifies materials loaded or unloaded against work order or bill of lading.Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.Operates any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required. Notes and reports any damage or malfunction and connects battery to recharging station at the end of the shift.Ensures all shipping/receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and timely.Keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.Checks outbound shipments for accuracy and readiness for customer delivery.Fills customer orders and delivers items to the delivery platform in a manner that meets Company standards for safety, security and productivity.
