* Coordinate with management and higher-level Tooling Receivers to stage kits for inspection and move kits and large Conex boxes when complete, where applicable
* Communicate with logistic suppliers to verify shipments
* Must be able to utilize tooling systems to accurately reflect kit status and supporting data
* Prepare standalone extras for shipment, as needed
* Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) kits before shipment, as needed
* Organize and clear materials from forklift path and other common areas, including outside of facility
* Labeling and loading of all Express shipments
* Follow standard maintenance protocol to ensure compliance is always met
* Complete required, annual safety training
* Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

Maintain general responsibility for disciplinary process in counseling, oral and written warnings; ensure a productive work climate in the warehouse operation
Prepare ad hoc reports, as necessary using Excel (or any other necessary programs)
Responsible for accurate attendance/PTO records and ensure scheduling is maintained
Hold staff accountable for conducting work in a safe manner while enforcing Cardinal Health compliance and regulations concerning OSHA, DEA, FDA, State and local authorities

Hazmat Training
This associate may be provided with Hazmat training to include general awareness, function specific, security awareness, security plan and safety training.
Cross-training
Become knowledgeable with the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.

The associate may occasionally be required to climb. The job may require lifting over 50lbs in some areas but not all. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud. Occasionally the position will have exposure to fumes/airborne particles.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and oversee all inventory operations for the site
+ Implement and maintain cycle count processes to ensure accurate inventory records
+ Ensure compliance with all inventory policies and procedures
+ Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement
+ Develop and implement process improvements to minimize inventory variances
+ Lead and supervise a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient inventory control
