Position Responsibilities:
+ The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse
+ As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities
+ You will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members
+ You will oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized
+ You will allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controls
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for Shipping and Warehousing coordinator.
Prepares shipping agenda based on sales information, scheduled shipments, FIFO inventory, schedule adherence, communication of schedule changes, etc.

Conduct safety and quality assurance inspections to resolve any issues and damages.
Works with QA department to coordinate sample pulling;

Facilitate and conduct new/existing employee training.
Utilize our Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage the outbound freight
Coordinate with carriers for on time pickups and deliveries
Coordinate with ordering team any changes that will effect shipping and/ or customer orders

Reconcile freight invoices
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable for invoicing and deduction authorization
Create and manage Loading Procedures & Requirements
Maintain clean TMS system with up-to-date ship to location delivery information for carriers, stream-lined outbound forms, etc.
Implement any systems/ process/ software improvements as needed and available to optimize the system.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1 year of ERP experience
2 years Warehouse/Shipping experience.
Ability to speak, write, and read English is a must, Spanish is a plus;
Ability to stand, kneel, bend over, climb stairs and ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds;
Must possess good communication and people skills;
Must be able to follow and communicate directions;
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure and compute rate, ratio and percentage with proficiency;
Proficient in Microsoft programs.

What You Will Do:

Physical Demands:

POSITION SUMMARY:

* Use one-on-one personal contact as the primary tool to provide leadership and direction to the employees under your responsibility (TMs, WFC's) to meet the DC's operational needs, and goals while:
