+ Ensure that optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs.
+ Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile floor counts and inventory shipments.
+ Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of the Company and standards established by SOX, OSHA, FDA, and DOT.

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. Serco is supporting USACE to renovate the Power Building (J-Plant) and providing it with High Altitude Electro Magnetic Pulse (HEMP) protective measures.The Logistician's primary role is to provide on-site receiving and accountability of construction materials and equipment. Tasks included inventory control, tool management, and hazardous material control and management. Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.
**This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**
**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.
+ Maintain inventory status in Serco's warehouse management software suite.
+ Initiate purchase requests for site supplies and misc. materials.
+ Proactively resolve material and logistical problems or issues with the Serco management team and other subcontractors.
+ Work with Serco's vehicle supplier to coordinate vehicle use and transport of personnel to and from the site.
+ Coordinate shipping plans and documentation with other Serco warehouse sites as necessary.
+ Track and report large purchase order status as necessary with support from Serco's purchasing group.
+ Be present at the work site, attend and report weekly plan updates as it pertains to logistic, hazardous material or flammable container issues.
+ The logistician typically reports to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ **Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**
+ **U.S Citizenship required**
+ Ability to travel over 90% of the time
+ Valid U.S Passport required (more than 6 months from expiration date)
+ A High School diploma and technical training in construction or technical field
+ A minimum of five (5) years of experience in warehouse operations, or construction and construction related projects
+ Effective organizational, multi-tasking, analytical and confidentiality skills
+ Working knowledge of MS Office applications
+ Experience with CostPoint inventory software, or similar applications
+ Excellent customer service, communication, conflict resolution, presentation, and construction documentation comprehension skills

Job Summary:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prioritize maintenance requests and facilitate prompt response, utilizing the electronic work order system, consulting with Facilities Manager as needed. Working with Facilities Supervisors on department communication and proactive strategies for staff deployment based on volume, trend and data analysis.
Coordinate the schedules for maintenance and janitorial staff, in conjunction with Facilities Manager, taking into consideration emerging or ongoing facility matters at each DESC property and ensuring that each property has adequate coverage each day.
Review pending work orders, re-prioritize them, if needed, and provide updates to project managers and other relevant DESC staff regarding uncompleted work. Daily coordination with Housing, Clinic and Administrative Managers on status of open work orders to include timelines and deliverables.
Generate reports showing completed and pending work orders via the electronic work order system. Extrapolate data to produce Excel spreadsheets to analyze data, produce trend reports and algorithms to track productivity statistics.
Supervise and evaluate Facilities Coordinator and assist with supervision and evaluation of maintenance and janitorial staff as assigned.
Support Facilities Manager and Director of Facilities with hiring of janitorial and maintenance staff.
Lead maintenance, janitorial and other relevant DESC staff in the acquisition of necessary supplies and materials for cleaning and repair work. Serco is supporting USACE to renovate the Power Building (J-Plant) and providing it with High Altitude Electro Magnetic Pulse (HEMP) protective measures.The Logistician's primary role is to provide on-site receiving and accountability of construction materials and equipment. Tasks included inventory control, tool management, and hazardous material control and management. Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.
**This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**
**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.
+ Maintain inventory status in Serco's warehouse management software suite.
+ Initiate purchase requests for site supplies and misc. materials.
+ Proactively resolve material and logistical problems or issues with the Serco management team and other subcontractors.
+ Work with Serco's vehicle supplier to coordinate vehicle use and transport of personnel to and from the site.
+ Coordinate shipping plans and documentation with other Serco warehouse sites as necessary.
+ Track and report large purchase order status as necessary with support from Serco's purchasing group.
+ Be present at the work site, attend and report weekly plan updates as it pertains to logistic, hazardous material or flammable container issues.
+ The logistician typically reports to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ **Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**
+ **U.S Citizenship required**
+ Ability to travel over 90% of the time
+ Valid U.S Passport required (more than 6 months from expiration date)
+ A High School diploma and technical training in construction or technical field
+ A minimum of five (5) years of experience in warehouse operations, or construction and construction related projects

+ Working knowledge of MS Office applications
+ Experience with CostPoint inventory software, or similar applications
+ Excellent customer service, communication, conflict resolution, presentation, and construction documentation comprehension skills

+ Must be comfortable working a 10-hr. shift walking the jobsite
+ Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record

+ Equipment operator certifications (forklifts, man-lifts, etc.)

+ Previous experience working at Pituffik Space Base or other overseas remote locations
+ Ability to speak Danish

Job Summary:
With reporting responsibilities to the Customer Success Manager or Warehouse Manager, this position is directly responsible for the day to day dock activities, document preparations and filing. May be required to understand customer pricing and when asked must accurately update transactions in the computer database. This position will have daily interaction with the Plastic Express warehouse employees, company and non-company drivers, dispatchers and associates, shipping companies, company vendors and support staff. The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with and provide prompt feedback to: Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources and other company management. During the course of business, the Warehouse Coordinator is not to share any confidential information with anyone other than their direct manager or executives of Plastic Express.
Essential Functions/Duties:
Maintaining warehouse shipping, receiving, and delivery files.
Maintain and replenish essential office supplies.
Maintain UPS system and prepare end of day reports.
Answer phones, forward calls and take messages.
Research information when needed.
Maintain inventory by checking for any discrepancies.
Enter location changes provided by warehouse attendants.
Coordinate sample requests and repacks.
Preform cycle counts on customer's inventory.
Assist in customer yearly inventories.
Monitor “Open Order” & “No Location” screens to make sure all orders are being updated.
Maintain supply inventory report of essential dunnage materials and/or packaging supplies.
Assist the department managers and supervisors with special assignments
Additional Functions/Duties:
Receiving:
Maintain and monitor delivery appointment log on Plastic Express data base.
Notify customer of late truck arrivals and inform/ get approval for OT charges.
Maintain an accurate driver's sign in log and make sure drivers are signing in and out with arrival and departure times.
Match and check receivers with documents brought in by company drivers and delivering carriers.
Input material counts into system and issue a receiving document and labels to receiving attendant.
Notify CSR & management immediately concerning shortages or damaged material. Provide photos of damaged material to customer if necessary.
Check freight after labeling to ensure product is labeled correctly.
Track daily all receiving activities on the open order report are completed and updated properly.
Work with other company team members to arrange receiving appointments and pick-up schedules with carriers and port terminal operations.
Notify Warehouse Management of any discrepancies.
Shipping:
Monitor and maintain the Open Order Report in the Warehouse database.
Review customer orders against shipping requests and insure 100% accuracy of our work instructions that are being issued for order execution.
Contact CSR with any questions on orders.
Prepare bill of lading; pick slip, packing slip and address labels if required.
Match customers provided documents to Pick Slip and BOL.
Issues pick slip, packing slip, and required labels to warehouse staff.
Receive pick slip back from warehouse, check for discrepancies and attach to bill of lading and stage in carriers holding file.
Documents any extra services on picking slip that are forwarded to the CSR for customer billing.
Issue bill of lading to carrier for signature.
Scan sign BOL to customer or CSR.
Provide photos if necessary to customers on freight loaded on to containers/trailers.
Arrange shipments of material.
Assist Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager with special assignments.
Notify Warehouse Management of any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
