The Warehouse Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate with multiple departments, maintain accurate inventory, and leverage internal systems to support production needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; verify against purchase orders
Organize and manage inventory of supplies, components, and factory parts
Ensure timely restocking and communication with purchasing and production teams
Maintain digital inventory records using internal warehouse software
Monitor warehouse layout, safety standards, and cleanliness
Implement systems to improve inventory accuracy and reduce downtime
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure part availability
Lead and train a small warehouse team, assigning duties and monitoring performance
Track warehouse KPIs such as order fulfillment speed, inventory turns, and accuracy

Primary Duties And Responsibilities:
1. General areas of responsibility include a combination of one or more of the following duties; receiving, picking and staging customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory organization, management and control.
2. Verifies merchandise received against record of shipment, inspects and reports discrepancies and any obvious defects.
3. Stocks shelves, ensuring materials are in their designated areas.

What You'll Do:

A Day in the Life
As an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead, you will play an important part in leading the order fulfillment team on our PM Shift by ensuring the picking, packing and outbound auditing is processed within client SLA's. You'll be working with products from some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.
What does success look like in this role?
As an "OFP Lead", engaging interactions with the team at all levels will bring success in this role. A keen eye for attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to motivate and celebrate wins with your team are an integral part of the role. You will be on the front lines ensuring that the processes are being accurately followed and KPI's are being met. You are passionate about providing excellent customer service and strive to maintain a positive and team-oriented approach in all you do.

All About You
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented
Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently
The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
The Must Haves:
Must have 2+ years of prior experience in warehousing/light industrial, experience as a Lead is a plus
Must make current Supervisor/Manager aware of your interest and have their approval PRIOR to applying
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
Must be 18 years or older to apply
